Today (10/1/25), when I opened the package, the cheese was already covered in mold and completely spoiled--even though the expiration date clearly says 12/14/25. Just as a passerby traveling the 1-40, decided to visit this Target. And this review is probably better suited for travelers who may be debating whether to visit this spot or not. First off, Amarillo Texans are about 50/50 on board with masks in store. Target Team Members were all complying, but the locals were wild - beware. One woman who did not wear mask at all was visibly ill and coughing all around the store... I hope the Team Members still get hazard pay. As a store, this is a massive location with huge selections and full inventory! It's a bit messy, but it's to be expected since the local patrons all look like hard shoppers. For the volume and clientele, I applaud this Target's management team for keeping it together! Parking wasn't too difficult, and lines for cashiers were manageable though nobody seemed to understand 6' social distancing. Only 4 self checkout stands. read more

I LOVE this store. Their staff is always fast, nice and helpful. I can text in my order that I'm in the parking lot for a pick up...and BOOM...Delivered before I know it!! I use the Cartwheel app and often the offers are not credited so I am vigilant about verifying if I received the discount offer. This morning I had to deal with a representative who wanted to dismiss me with the comment of "today is Sunday so the offers may have expired ". First of all, I know how to read. I was helped by Customer Service to find that the offers had not been reduced. Target owed me more than $6. Poor customer service will save me money because I don't have to shop at Target. The company doesn't want to hear about your store experience because when I attempted to chat, the representative didn't respond. read more

A review hasn't been completed in over a year... Target Corporate needs to intervene in the way that this store is being managed. Bathrooms : I always look for the cleanliness of a place by going into the bathrooms... I am aware that it is a public restroom however; whoever is singing off on the check sheet needs to be properly trained. I get it, it is a nasty job, take pride and perform the cleaning correctly. If it still seems like urine when you leave then the job was not performed correctly. Entry: Cluttered with unorganized dollar items. Really starting to think Wal-Mart is getting better at making sure that the store is inviting. Starbucks: Another area that needs cleaned. Flies, dust, and smells like old milk. All other areas: Everything is disorganized. I'll take a pic... It appears that, expectations need to set for employees and accountability to the work that was performed. I will use the Denton Super Target as an example. Clean and organized even in a college town. Management may want to do a "knowledge share" trip to get a prime example as how a store should look, feel, and run... Removed a star .... I had some time on my hands so I decided to pop in here and see if they might possibly have a couple of things that I've been looking for unsuccessfully. I didn't buy much, just some aloe vera for mosquito bites, a spray bottle to mix up my own mosquito repellent with some essential oils I bought at Natural Grocers, and a set of paint pens which were on sale for about $2. I had no problems and nothing spectacularly wonderful happened either. read more

The Staff members are always so kind to me and they help with anything. The only annoying thing is that they never have registers open in the morning so it's hard to get help to price match an item. Plus they need to keep up with having baby medicine stocked up everyday. (Mostly the teething oral pain tablets) other than that everything is mostly organized and in place. read more

I love shopping at Target in general, but I feel like the Amarillo Target is subpar when compared to other stores. During my visit today, the store was messy and many areas were not stocked well. The notebooks aisle looks like it has never been recovered. There are items put in random places and no price point available. The shopping experience overall is diminished by the appearance of the store. Please clean up this store so your customers can enjoy their experience. read more

It's a decent Target. Great location, great hours. They have made a lot of changes lately that have really benefitted this Target. Everything is arranged to look like mini shops inside of the store. My only qualm is the state of the bathrooms. They are always smelly and the floor usually has trash all over the place. read more

I heart Target. I love that I can feel OK shopping here because it is one of the most charitable and community-conscious retailers in the country. I love that When I'm broke and jonesing to shop someplace stylie like Express, I can come here and get my fix. It's as if they've tuned into the Ikea-VW-hipster-type crowd, but they're gearing things toward the young-and-broke subset. I have badass clothes, dishes and furniture from this place, and it doesn't fall apart instantly just because it's affordable. Who could want more? I'm also really into this rotating-guest-designer thing they're doing. Even Jane magazine has picked up on that shit! They have a good range of trendy, edgy, basic and classic stuff. The only thing I need to go anywhere else to get is dress pants and jeans. If Target would just start carrying better-quality pants in a size 6 SHORT, they would have hundreds more of my dollars. (Guys, could we up the item limit for dressing rooms, while we're on the subject?) And as long as that's my (one and only) biggest complaint, I'm happy. Target is like, my BFF, dude. read more

I love target. I know, large corporate entity, but everything is so darn cute. Well, not everything, but I love the well made but not ridiculously priced workout clothes. I love going in there for men's wear as mine is a bit price conscious and we can get stuff that is fashionable, looks nice on, and is not overly expensive. Plus, who can beat their sales. I've hit the lingerie sale and come out with 20 pairs all under 3 dollars. Awesome. I thought their Christmas collection had a wide range of things, uber tacky and some really rather tasteful things. Since I'm only going to be using this stuff once a year, target is definitely the right price. And they actually didn't look that cheaply made which is really the best thing about target. Great prices without looking cheap (walmart, ahem). Plus they have the best invention of all time there where other stores do not. What is it you ask? The little dish washing sponge thingy with a handle filled with soap that dispenses. You can get the replaceable sponges (scrub and non-scrub) there and you can't get them anywhere else. No I'm serious, dish doing was soooo much easier after I started using these. Saved my life as I only just got a mini dishwasher. read more

Actually a decent Target location! Went here the other night to purchase a new case for my phone. The sales associate working there noticed me, and when I came to her for help, she stopped and took the time to answer questions and help me find a good quality case. She was patient, informative, and professional. That's salesmanship. I hate when you go into some other stores, and the employee acts like you're bothering them when you ask a question. Anyway, I had a good experience and don't mind giving this Target my repeat business. Y'all keep up the good work! read more

Sorry guys, ever since you took out the tellers and put in the cost saving (for you) self checkout booths the service there has declined severely. Those booths are a pain in the butt and not customer friendly. I will shop in the Walmart grocer near my house from now on. Too bad too, I work right next to the Target. The store was messy and disorganized. We shopped off of mostly sale racks for the clothes but when we got to the register the associate didn't ring them up as on sale. She literally argued with us, then another associate came over and argued with us(all of this well above a whisper and around many other people, very embarrassing), then a manager came over and got out her phone, said the items weren't listed in the add so I walked with her over to the sales and showed her, it wasn't just one item tossed on the wrong shelf, it was shelves full of the item listed on the sale sign. I showed her the sign and then she got an attitude and told me it still isn't listed in the add so she's not approving the sale price. over all it was a very poor experience and I am sure not going back. Bad/hateful customer service from the management so i guess I should not be shocked that the employees acted in the manner they did. read more

If there was an option for no stars that's what I'd pick. I have never in my life been treated so poorly. I actually stopped shopping here for about 2 years because of the poor customer service. I started back just recently. After today I am officially done. After an incident this morning over a product that was promised to me to give my son who is autistic for Christmas the only thing he asked for this year was a Nintendo Nes. When I went to pick it up the two managers there were rude I told Them this is for my autistic son they He said well I don't really care. I said well that's discrimination he then said again I don't care. Needless to say I called corporate and i will never shop at target as I live unless this is made right. She goes above n beyond her duties, to always help us when we need Her to. With everything going on with the kid's doctor n the health care changes... She is 1 of a few that we can count on to help my family, when my hands are tied n I'm just having to go with the flow, just like so many others.
