Went to Offerdahl's this morning. Jasmine greeted us with a friendly smile and made me aware of a special, suggested items to eat that were more low calorie. She was very helpful and the food was delicious, came out fast and with a friendly employee delivering it. read more

I stopped in this morning for a ham, egg and cheese croissant. Over $10!! are you serious. Over $10 for 1 breakfast sandwich. I think this guy got hit in the head too much playing football. They have some nerve taking advantage of their customers like that. (actually, he's smart, we're all stupid - for letting the Offerdahl family take advantage of us like that) What a bunch of crooks! I don't know who's hurting this country more, Joe Biden or John Offerdahl! At $4.00 per dozen, that's $.33 cents per egg, $.50 cents for a slice of cheese and a processed ham slice and maybe $.75 cents to make a croissant. These are retail estimates, not wholesale restaurant supplier prices. (CBI, or Sysco) So charge your customers $10 for a sandwich that doesn't cost you near $1.75 to make. Yeah, blame it on inflation. We are not stupid. You are price gouging and taking advantage of the system .... ANYWAY you want to look at it. read more

I have never seen more friendly and happier staff. Everyone in this place is so professional and welcoming and smiling. The food is over the top and extremely delicious and healthy. From the cashier to the cooks to the cleaners. Everyone is truly amazing. I start coming to this place after my work out at the gym, and now I am a regular due to the family feeling I got from all the staff. This place deserves 100 STARS. Thank you OfferDahl's management for creating such a wonderful atmosphere. Julian. read more

More like Awfuldahl's. My wife and I had gone here once before. It was ok. This time not so good. We both got the chicken chowder. It was more like a paste. Very bad, no flavor at all. We both did not eat it. Both of us got a salad with grilled steak. The steak was good. The salad itself had little brown pieces of lettuce throughout and the avocado was brown. Probably won't make a third trip there. read more

Offerdahl's is a great spot for a coffee, snack, meal, juice, and super quick and easy to take out. They also open really early in the morning so it's a great option for those who need a quick breakfast to go before work. Offerdahl's has a large selection of foods that are healthy as well (which I love & appreciate). Came here 3x in less then a week to pick up food to-go and their prices are unbeatable!! I really enjoyed trying their different healthy bowls & recommend adding protein to them. Ingredients were fresh and the food was delicious! read more

From when i first started coming here about 5 years ago till now the food is not consistant. The renovations are beautiful, but the overall energy is blah. Not really much to say. Food is ok. Salad was missing the dressing... plates need to be cleaned better... just blah. read more

Best food options for everyone. Love this place and have been going for years. My kids love the tuna and I love trying different things.

Had a good time eating lunch with my friend! Loan was very sweet and helpful, our food came out quickly and was super yummy!!

Service here is wonderful the worker Loan was a great help and she took the time to explain things to us and help me decide what i wanted

I've been to other Offerdahl's locations, but this is the first time I've been to this location in Lighthouse Pointe as it just opened this year. This location is a newer take on their other restaurants while still having a few standard Offerdahl's items. With their grill concept you pick your protein and then your base- sort of like a Chipotle, but with less options. You can make it a salad, sandwich or bowl as well. I ordered the large fiesta bowl and added on chicken. The portion was huge. Tons of rice and veggies and big hunks of chicken and I'm happy they still give you that tasty bread to go with your meal. The restaurant was clean and I really liked the style of it. Make sure to check out the bathrooms for the art on the wall. Shout out to the couple next to me who was breaking up while I ate- you provided me with so much entertainment. My meal (with drink) ran about $15. The large was so big that I didn't finish it so I would probably do the regular size next time. Definitely worth checking out and I'll be back for sure. read more

I have not actually gone into any offer dolls restaurant but I have eaten their food and it is excellent. The flavors of the chicken and other items offered were delicious the bagels were really good as well. I would recommend anyone looking for a tasty mail to try offer dolls for lunch, I highly recommend it. read more

Good is always great IF you receive your complete order. Every time I order from this location I'm missing an entire meal. Not sure why the confusion when the recupera show the orders, and yet they continuously fail to provide all ordered items. It then take 3-10 business days to receive reimbursement for money spent. This place would be great if they could figure out how to deliver your entire order. read more

Pretty solid lunch spot, there are some bfast options too (which i believe are available at all times)! I had the chili and turkey sub option, chili was gooooooood and the ticket club was delicious too. Over all they have a lot of options, whether you're looking to stay healthy and fit or just a good burger to chow down. Really nice staff, very efficient, very nice clean place. Great prices too! You can eat a meal here under 10 and take some home! My friends are obsessed with the salmon bagel, so it must be good! read more

What happened to this place? Used to be so good. The Service was absolutely terrible. It was very difficult to order what I wanted with the young lady at the register and then when the order came out completely wrong I got an attitude. I'm giving 2 stars because the bagels smelt so good, but unfortunately I didn't get to eat one because of the service I received I got my money back :( read more

We keep giving this place a chance during breakfast time but we're done. This morning, ordering two egg and cheese bagels took 20+ min to get our order. Only after asking about it. My bagel was burnt. Something goes bad every time we go. The staff needs training or needs to be switched. It's a bagel. How can you mess that up? Sadly, we are done with this place. read more

Seldom do I write a negative review, especially on a small local business. I live in the area, and for whatever reason offerdahls is one of the only places to get a breakfast sandwich/bagel. I have visited this business several times and just continue to have worse and worse experiences. I have been served spoiled tuna fish on a salad, food literally sloppily slapped onto a plate, and today, I picked up a cold a burnt breakfast sandwich which was about $12 might I add. While standing there waiting 30 minutes for my order I watched the prep line mess up several orders, including my own. I also watched "scrambled" eggs being microwaved In styrofoam bowls which came out melted- plastic sure goes great with eggs!! I am all for supporting small businesses but I just can't see myself coming back here again for less than average, over priced food. read more

I love the Whole Grain Everything Bagels. Problem is the staff just doesn't listen. One time I ordered a dozen and got home to find regular everything bagels. I can't eat white flour. In the trash they went, $12.00 gone. Next time I got home to find a dozen regular Whole Grain Bagels. I guess I'll have to check before leaving. But really, how difficult is it. read more

The service was great! Upon entering, very friendly and welcoming staff. Very spacious. Tried the cinnamon muffin and fiesta bowl and they were great. All this place is is an expensive version of Dunkin Donuts. Bagels are good but their eggs, bacon, sausage.... Etc.... Is all pre-cooked. Just spent $30 for 2 breakfast sandwiches and 2 cookies. Not worth it. Dunks is better read more

They have so many healthy options, delicious food and great portions for the price! I pretty much try something new every time I've ordered! When I stopped by last week, they were still taking curbside pick up orders and were opened up again for inside seating. We ordered the Tokyo teriyaki bowl with salmon and the tex mex salad with chicken. Everything was delicious, neatly packed and even received some tortilla chips with my order that have become my absolute favorite healthy alternative for chips. I added them to my tex mex salad and dipped them in the chipotle ranch! & always gotta have a fresh cookie with my order. read more

Food is always amazing and super consistent! Great menu and several awesome selections to pick from. Andrew at the front is the man!

We were at Offerdahl's this past Sunday for brunch and we loved it. The first thing we noticed is that it is a very different atmosphere and set-up from the other bagel themed chain restaurants with counter service. They were there to take our order while we were waiting in line, but it wasn't that busy so we looked over the menu a bit more and placed our order at the counter. They were very friendly and the manager was quite visible and always offering assistance. We had two Egg & Cheese Sandwiches, the Avocado Toast on an ET Bagel, and the boys had the Kids Meal Grilled Cheese and a Bacon Cheeseburger. They were all really good and we will be back here soon. This was a nice surprise for sure! read more

I love Offerdahl's! Tried this place for breakfast for the first time today and it was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend their egg white veggie sandwich - so tasty! It's egg whites, hummus and mushrooms. They have a bit of a sports theme going on and had their Dolphins themed bagels which were quite festive. The freshly squeezed orange juice was great, and the chocolate chip cookie is one of the best I ever had. From now on this is going to be my go-to place for bagels and breakfast sandwiches! read more

Very disorganized. Lots of apparently unsupervised very inexperienced staff. Placed order at 11:15 am and waited patiently for 30 minutes. Went inside to check status of my Nova Nosh order, and was told that they gave me my order. I was pretty sure I hadn't eaten anything yet so I left Very disappointed and hungry. JonnyO should be on the hunt for better management. read more

* Setting? A cool trendy type of place with a lot of football pics of the owner * Prices reasonable? YES * Nice service? YES * Yummm? YES * Place was quiet? YES * Would I go back? YES * Restrooms clean? YES, along with the owners pics of him & family. * Tips? Try everything, because it all seems delicious, except I believe I saw the sausage in frozen bags and I'm not a fan of frozen meats at restaurants. This place was super trendy with a type of vegan style to it. Some Chairs have artificial grass on them and a bit of the industrial look. The owner is a retired football player. Its almost like a mini panera bread minus the high prices with low quantities of food. These dishes are stacked and I love it. You definitely get your money's worth here. I wish I lived closer actually so I could eat here more. Anyways, this is a must try place and it might just be your new favorite breakfast/lunch/brunch place. Hope you have an enjoyable meal! read more

How have I never reviewed this place? I used to come here all the time when I lived in Lighthouse Point. It's not really new - they closed for a while for a refurbishment, but they've been around a long time! I will say that, even with their expanded menu, I still equate this place with breakfast. I tend to just get bagels here, which are delicious and freshly-baked. The onion and garlic bagels are tasty, and great as long as you aren't going to breathe too close to anyone. They also have a good selection of cream cheeses (vegetable, scallion, etc.) in addition to the plain cream cheese. Whatever bagel I get, I always ask for it to be extra toasted, and they thankfully comply. If you haven't gotten the orange juice here, you really should try it. It's Natalie's brand, and it's fantastic - fresh-squeezed with pulp, which is my favorite. It's a little pricey, but worth it. The service has always been friendly and quick, and on my most recent visit, they even checked with me to make sure that my bagel wasn't too burnt (maybe it would've been for some people, but that's just how I like it). It's a clean and cozy atmosphere, which is nice on what usually is an otherwise-hectic morning. One of these days I'll branch out and try something besides the bagels... but if you like bagels, skip Einstein's and come here - they're way better. read more

We came here for lunch and this place did not disappoint! We ordered a Tex mex salad, Thai bowl, and the greek bowl. Highly recommend! read more

Ordered the Kale Caesar Salad with Italian Wedding Soup. First off, the Caesar dressing was sooo thick I couldn't pour it on my salad. When asked of everything was ok, I explained what was going on with my dressing and the girls response was " next time.... have us mix it in" really? Was that an option I was not told about? You're assuming I will be back? Dry wilted, warm kale is not appetizing with or without dressing. I did play Russian Roulette with the bacon and croutons! Some soft, some, some chewy, some might break a tooth. The wedding soup was lukewarm warm and nothing remarkable that couldn't be mirrored by Campbell's. Bummer, I had such high hopes! The bread was given 2 stars.. for not being bad. Fumble!! read more

***issue resolved after about 2 months and several messages sent to manager ***update: Regional manager emailed basically offering gift certificates in hopes of getting a better review; I explained I really am only interested in the issue being resolved and haven't been seeking to get any type of compensation. He promised he would resolve the issue and get back to me but has not. It has been weeks. We order from here at least once per week, sometimes more often and though the food overall is good, they refuse to change their way of handling their deliveries. About half the time I order, they are not able to simply make a bagel without anything on it. I know this sounds ridiculous, and it is, and I have spoken with managers so many times, and nothing changes. I order food for myself and a plain bagel for my son, and probably 9-10 times the bagel comes soaked in butter even with my calls and notes to please send it plain. I put up with it because my son likes their bagels and because the food is good, but they have an unwillingness to address this issue and have lost me as a customer or referral. m read more

Such a cute place! Stopped in on the way to a friend's place. Coffee is yummy and bagels are toasted - except they put so much cream cheese it's overwhelming. I hate to waste it, but I really don't like huge blobs of it. read more

I love nova and bagels so today I figured I would drive down to us1 and grab a nova bagel smear and a chicken salad sandwich for my father for his lunch. This was my first time here at Offerdahls. The store is located a block north of copans road on the east side in a shopping plaza. Parking was great , they have parking along the street and I found a spot immediately. The shop is clean and bright and filled with patrons. They offer indoor and patio seating and an assortment of bagels to suit anyone. I got the Nova Nosh on an untaosted everything bagel. Their bagels are delicious and are a good size for a little over a dollar a piece. I grabbed an everything bagel because they only had pesto chicken salad and I knew my father wouldnt like that. My nova nosh was absolutely delicious. Stacked thinly sliced nova rested upon capers and cream cheese topped with slices of cucumber and onions. I was in Nova heaven! IF you are a lox/nova lover this is for you at a little over 7 dollars and worth every penny! I tried using my regular credit card and it wouldnt work and the cashier said it happens sometimes so I had to use my debit card to pay. That was a little frustrating. All in all I am glad I came in and got the nova nosh meal and my extra everything bagel to make dad a sandwich with instead o using regular bread. I will return, for sure. I enjoyed my bagel smear! read more
