They also open really early in the morning so it's a great option for those who need a quick breakfast to go before work. Offerdahl's has a large selection of foods that are healthy as well (which I love & appreciate). Came here 3x in less then a week to pick up food to-go and their prices are unbeatable!! Good is always great IF you receive your complete order. Every time I order from this location I'm missing an entire meal. Not sure why the confusion when the recupera show the orders, and yet they continuously fail to provide all ordered items. It then take 3-10 business days to receive reimbursement for money spent. I've been to other Offerdahl's locations, but this is the first time I've been to this location in Lighthouse Pointe as it just opened this year. This location is a newer take on their other restaurants while still having a few standard Offerdahl's items. With their grill concept you pick your protein and then your base- sort of like a Chipotle, but with less options. You can make it a salad, sandwich or bowl as well. I ordered the large fiesta bowl and added on chicken. The portion was huge. Tons of rice and veggies and big hunks of chicken and I'm happy they still give you that tasty bread to go with your meal. The restaurant was clean and I really liked the style of it. Make sure to check out the bathrooms for the art on the wall. Shout out to the couple next to me who was breaking up while I ate- you provided me with so much entertainment. My meal (with drink) ran about $15. The large was so big that I didn't finish it so I would probably do the regular size next time. Definitely worth checking out and I'll be back for sure. read more

What happened to this place? Used to be so good. The Service was absolutely terrible. It was very difficult to order what I wanted with the young lady at the register and then when the order came out completely wrong I got an attitude. Pretty solid lunch spot, there are some bfast options too (which i believe are available at all times)! I had the chili and turkey sub option, chili was gooooooood and the ticket club was delicious too. Over all they have a lot of options, whether you're looking to stay healthy and fit or just a good burger to chow down. Really nice staff, very efficient, very nice clean place. Great prices too! We keep giving this place a chance during breakfast time but we're done. This morning, ordering two egg and cheese bagels took 20+ min to get our order. Only after asking about it. Seldom do I write a negative review, especially on a small local business. I live in the area, and for whatever reason offerdahls is one of the only places to get a breakfast sandwich/bagel. I have visited this business several times and just continue to have worse and worse experiences. I have been served spoiled tuna fish on a salad, food literally sloppily slapped onto a plate, and today, I picked up a cold a burnt breakfast sandwich which was about $12 might I add. While standing there waiting 30 minutes for my order I watched the prep line mess up several orders, including my own. I also watched "scrambled" eggs being microwaved In styrofoam bowls which came out melted- plastic sure goes great with eggs!! I am all for supporting small businesses but I just can't see myself coming back here again for less than average, over priced food. read more

I love the Whole Grain Everything Bagels. Problem is the staff just doesn't listen. One time I ordered a dozen and got home to find regular everything bagels. I can't eat white flour. They have so many healthy options, delicious food and great portions for the price! I pretty much try something new every time I've ordered! When I stopped by last week, they were still taking curbside pick up orders and were opened up again for inside seating. We ordered the Tokyo teriyaki bowl with salmon and the tex mex salad with chicken. Everything was delicious, neatly packed and even received some tortilla chips with my order that have become my absolute favorite healthy alternative for chips. We were at Offerdahl's this past Sunday for brunch and we loved it. The first thing we noticed is that it is a very different atmosphere and set-up from the other bagel themed chain restaurants with counter service. They were there to take our order while we were waiting in line, but it wasn't that busy so we looked over the menu a bit more and placed our order at the counter. They were very friendly and the manager was quite visible and always offering assistance. We had two Egg & Cheese Sandwiches, the Avocado Toast on an ET Bagel, and the boys had the Kids Meal Grilled Cheese and a Bacon Cheeseburger. They were all really good and we will be back here soon. I love Offerdahl's! Tried this place for breakfast for the first time today and it was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend their egg white veggie sandwich - so tasty! It's egg whites, hummus and mushrooms. They have a bit of a sports theme going on and had their Dolphins themed bagels which were quite festive. The freshly squeezed orange juice was great, and the chocolate chip cookie is one of the best I ever had. How have I never reviewed this place? I used to come here all the time when I lived in Lighthouse Point. It's not really new - they closed for a while for a refurbishment, but they've been around a long time! I will say that, even with their expanded menu, I still equate this place with breakfast. I tend to just get bagels here, which are delicious and freshly-baked. The onion and garlic bagels are tasty, and great as long as you aren't going to breathe too close to anyone. They also have a good selection of cream cheeses (vegetable, scallion, etc.) in addition to the plain cream cheese. Whatever bagel I get, I always ask for it to be extra toasted, and they thankfully comply. If you haven't gotten the orange juice here, you really should try it. It's Natalie's brand, and it's fantastic - fresh-squeezed with pulp, which is my favorite. It's a little pricey, but worth it. The service has always been friendly and quick, and on my most recent visit, they even checked with me to make sure that my bagel wasn't too burnt (maybe it would've been for some people, but that's just how I like it). It's a clean and cozy atmosphere, which is nice on what usually is an otherwise-hectic morning. One of these days I'll branch out and try something besides the bagels... but if you like bagels, skip Einstein's and come here - they're way better. read more

***issue resolved after about 2 months and several messages sent to manager ***update: Regional manager emailed basically offering gift certificates in hopes of getting a better review; I explained I really am only interested in the issue being resolved and haven't been seeking to get any type of compensation. He promised he would resolve the issue and get back to me but has not. It has been weeks. We order from here at least once per week, sometimes more often and though the food overall is good, they refuse to change their way of handling their deliveries. About half the time I order, they are not able to simply make a bagel without anything on it. I know this sounds ridiculous, and it is, and I have spoken with managers so many times, and nothing changes. I order food for myself and a plain bagel for my son, and probably 9-10 times the bagel comes soaked in butter even with my calls and notes to please send it plain. I love nova and bagels so today I figured I would drive down to us1 and grab a nova bagel smear and a chicken salad sandwich for my father for his lunch. This was my first time here at Offerdahls. The store is located a block north of copans road on the east side in a shopping plaza. Parking was great , they have parking along the street and I found a spot immediately. The shop is clean and bright and filled with patrons. They offer indoor and patio seating and an assortment of bagels to suit anyone. I got the Nova Nosh on an untaosted everything bagel. Their bagels are delicious and are a good size for a little over a dollar a piece. I grabbed an everything bagel because they only had pesto chicken salad and I knew my father wouldnt like that. My nova nosh was absolutely delicious. Stacked thinly sliced nova rested upon capers and cream cheese topped with slices of cucumber and onions. I was in Nova heaven! IF you are a lox/nova lover this is for you at a little over 7 dollars and worth every penny! I tried using my regular credit card and it wouldnt work and the cashier said it happens sometimes so I had to use my debit card to pay. That was a little frustrating. All in all I am glad I came in and got the nova nosh meal and my extra everything bagel to make dad a sandwich with instead o using regular bread. I will return, for sure. I often order from this place on weekends. Their menu is a bit of a pain to order from in Yelp. (For example you can't order a side of bacon, you can't pick your flavor bagel (you have to type it in), there's no option to order a half a dozen etc.) I've told them about it but found it's easier to order online and pick it up. The bagels are pretty dang close to NYC bagels and for that I'm giving them 5 stars. They are equivalent to Brooklyn bagel water company bagels. read more
