Jersey Mike's Subs - Delis Near Me - Pompano Beach, Florida

I love Jersey Mike's subs. Like the original 1956 Mike's store in the state of New Jersey, each Jersey Mike's Subs restaurant serves submarine sandwiches, which are made to order with slicing the meats and cheeses as needed, not sitting in cold bins like other restaurants. Each sandwich sub consists of sliced onions, shredded lettuce, tomatoes, oregano, salt (spices) and a mixture of red wine vinegar and olive oil. There is also a signature cherry pepper relish. My favorite has always been their cheesesteaks, of which they have several varieties to choose from...more than 10 varieties actually, some with beef, some with chicken, some even vegetarian.... I stopped at this location in Pompano recently to get my sub (Chipotle Cheese steak) and it was delicious as any other one....To me the success of a good restaurant is the quality of the ingredients, the consistency of the food and a fair price, along with good customer service. read more

Missing an item. Called to get my item so someone here didn't go without their sandwich. Refused to deliver. Offered to refund me for the item I didn't get and had already paid for . Could have gained a loyal customer. Bad customer service. Sandwiches were average anyway. read more

Pretty good Italian sub. Love the hot pepper spread on it. However, the Vegetarian portobello and onion sub was very skimpy. Probably 25 calories worth of mushrooms and onions. This sandwich needs to be stacked more. The flavor was very good. I left the cheese off. More vegan options would be great for us vegans. I hope they take my advice. It could be a great sandwich for vegans. read more

Feb 2024, place is clean and staff friendly, and service was quick. We purchased two Subs for a Super Bowl Party we were attending. Sandwiches were great tasting, except my friend received the wrong Sub. She asked for Turkey and they gave her a Pork, but is was too late to return the Sub since we left the Jersey Mike's for the party. My suggestion is to check your oder before leaving to make sure they gave you the correct order. read more

Great service! Friendly staff, and I am there daily for the most part. Easy location, close to the beach! read more

Having a community based career for the last 30 years I can confidently say I have been to my share of fast food/sandwich shops. Jersey Mike's in general is a very good company. Tasty sandwiches both hot and cold are great. What I found to be particularly interesting is the company's penchant for hiring young staff and stressing a friendly cordial attitude. This particular Jersey Mike's is the standard bearer. All staff are very friendly and know the regulars well. The store is always busy and well kept. cleaner than most. most importantly you get what you ordered and if an issue arises it is fixed by the capable staff. If you are in Pompano Beach and want a quick good lunch, gono further! You won't be disappointed in this JM'S. read more

This Jersey Mike's location is my go to when it comes to Philly cheesesteak subs. If you like a lot of meat on your sub, you will love them. Their chicken cheese steaks are great as well. I've been going to this location many times since 2020 and they have never failed me. I normally order ahead for curbside pick-up and they always have my order ready on time. Great food, fast service and always nice and clean inside. read more

Ordered a cheese steak and ended up with a meatball sandwich. This the second time our order was mixed up. Most of the time everything has been right on. Staff is friendly! As of July 23, 2020. Emailed Jersey Mikes days earlier as per request and received no response. read more

Once again I didn't get what I ordered. Was going to bring a friend of mine a philly sandwich. I specifically asked for peppers and lots of sautaed onions.NO mushrooms as my friend gets a reaction to mushrooms. Got to friends house and found they gave me mushrooms, no peppers and no onions. Was so pissed I threw it out not wanting to take a chance with maybe missing some mushrooms and took my friend out to dinner. Was their 2nd chance....never again!! How hard it to listen and make a@#$% sandwich cortectly! read more

I love Jersey Mikes and have been a customer for a long time. This was my first time going to this location and I will not be back. There was 3 workers on duty at the time I was there. It took a while for me to be even acknowledged because all the workers we tending to the postmates deliveries. Finally when I got served the lady stop doing my sub and went back to tend to the postmates which I thought was rude. One of the men that was working said a slick comment about me being a loyalty member and was shock I had as much points that I did. Its bad to judge a book by its cover because I am a regular Jersey Mikes customer and spend a lot of money there. Lastly, the look of my sub was displeasing. They slices up the sheet when cutting my bread and they didn't professionally slice my bread as half of the bread was off the meat which left me with no bread at the end of the sub. The lettuce wasn't fresh and the whole sub didn't taste good as it usually does. I don't recommend this location UPDATE : I was in contact with Burnon the operating partner at this Jersey Mikes and he was very nice and wanted to solve this situation. Thank you so much for acknowledging and helping the situation I really appreciate what you did. read more

Melissa and the team are awesome! I don't even have to order; they know exactly what I want. My coworkers and I come here weekly and my daughter joins us on occasions too. We love it, best subs in town. #9 is the best! read more

My husband loves coming to eat here. They are good with cold subs but don't ask for anything else. He always orders the Italian. Today, we tried something different. We ordered their Philly cheesesteak and a Chicken Philly with mushrooms. Let me tell you it was the most disgusting and terrible sandwich we have seen. The Philly steak was overcooked and had a strange taste. As for the chicken philly, it was given to us cold with only the chicken cooked and cheese thrown on top of it and they even forgot the mushrooms. The chicken was dried up and shredded which I have NEVER seen that at any other restaurants that we have eaten at. We threw away the sandwich but I think the garbage doesn't even want it! If you want a cold sandwich this the place to come but if you want a hot sandwich go to some other place! read more

Picture this...September 17th, 2015 - It's day one, opening night for this brand new location and customers were swarming the place in the promise of a free sub. ANY FREE SUB of your choice. Yes, a free sub. Who doesn't love free yummy food? I have no complaints. I pulled up expecting a zoo and at least an hour of wait time. The place was packed full of hungry demanding folks that were standing, eager and ready for their promised goods. While the line was long, their team exceeded my expectations. I made-up my custom order, was greeted by a well-manned and extraordinary staff that had me in and out with my meal in under 10 minutes. Even under the pressure and excitement the staff remained cool, calm, collected and personable. They were friendly and made the crowds intense devouring rush a fun one. While everyone was stellar, one employee especially stood out, Matt. Which I've deemed, "Jersey Matt" my new pal at this location. Thank you Jersey Mike's Sub team for the wonderful evening and yummy food - I'll be back soon! read more

About a week ago, I ordered from Jersey Mike's in Pompano Beach. I ordered two sandwiches one was a club sand and the other was a tuna sandwich. They screwed up the order and only delivered and charged me for the club sandwich. I called them and told them that they erroneously, left out my from my order my tuna sandwich. I gave them my name and telephone number and they told me that the next time I ordered, they would make it up to me by giving me a giant tuna sandwich today I ordered from Jersey Mike's and they found my order but they said you only paid for the sub sandwich, and I said I know that, but you screwed up my order and you told me you'd make it up to me. I know this is not a big deal, but I have Parkinson's disease and I can't go over there. They did offer me a coupon, but I told them I had no way to pick up the food because I used DoorDash, long story short. They did not do what they said they would do. It is hard for me to believe that a business with neglect part of your order and that make good for it. This Jersey Mike's in Pompano. Please don't use their services. Went to the original in Point Pleasant on the Jersey shore and this just brings me back a taste of New Jersey. The staff is friendly, courteous. The bread is fresh and the sandwiches overstuffed. I usually call ahead and the sandwiches are ready withing 10 minutes. Order the cold subs "Mike's Way: with tomatoes/shredded lettuce/oil & vinegar and spices. Love the Italian. The roast beef and provolone with red pepper relish delish. Love the philly cheese steak and the tuna. All great to pack for a picnic on beautiful Pompano Beach. They also have a great rewards program with double points on Wednesdays and promotional coupons. read more

Great again! I have written many positive reviews for Jersey Mikes over the years and this location is one of the best!

Let me first start off by saying yes, my sandwich was good no complaints on that but as I'm sitting here eating my sandwich, I am watching the employees work and this is during the lunch rush the employee who is slicing the meat she's wiping down the machine with the rag or cloth that they use and then she goes right away to handle the bread and meat without changing her gloves. Unbelievable then we go to the next station for the employee who put the condiments on your sandwich he was doing the same thing as another rag was wiping down the oil and vinegar And salt and pepper shaker and then went right away to grabbing the buns and the condiments put on your sandwiches. During the whole time I was sitting here they never once change their gloves and I do give them credit for wearing gloves, but when you clean or wipe something down with a rag, during the whole time, I've been sitting here at one employee change their gloves read more

Don't go in not one staff member had a mask on talking over the meat slicer and the food

I somehow left my wallet on a table at this Jersey Mike's the other night and didn't realize it until the next morning. I went there when they opened at 10:00 and recognized the guy who served me the night before. His expression told me all I needed to know. Burnon Anderson not only secured my wallet, he kept another customer from taking it! Everything on the menu is out-of-this-world good, but the people set them over-the-top! I can't thank you enough. read more

We love Jersey Mikes and St Louis, but we don't have to have it delivered we just go to the store. When you order sandwiches for a party of five and only get four it's a big pain in the you know what. Apparently the store can't count to five read more

First time getting take out last night at new location and we were so disappointed. Got our usual #13 and #7. Not sure if the bread was old or they tried to toast it but a cold Italian sub should not be toasted, it cracked and fell apart. I tried to save it by using my own plain white bread but as it turns out that didn't save it because the sub didn't have enough dressing. In the end I made a PB&J and called it a night. Come on new store get it right, Deerfield is a bit of a drive. read more
