What a fun little spot in Coral Springs! Extensive menu with a lot I wanted to try. I went with an egg, turkey sausage and Muenster on a toasted sesame bagel. This is a go to order for me at a bagel spot. It was average. The bagel was barely toasted. And the sandwich felt like it was missing seasoning. So clearly, not the right thing to order. Mitch's downtown or "the neighborhood deli" was even better than expected! I am so happy to see that downtown Coral Springs is expanding businesses and this is an amazing breakfast or brunch place. The quality of the bagels is excellent. They are big and soft. The ingredients also feel premium. They have a wide range of flavors to offer and different type of bagel sandwich combinations that you don't typically see. They also have a cream cheese bar and sweet offerings like pancakes and French toast. It's a small restaurant, but even though it was packed at all times, the service was fast and very good. You order food first and then have a seat and they bring it out to you. They have an indoor and outdoor seating area. I also love the decor. A really nice perk is that they have a code so you can validate parking don't have to pay. Everyone that works there was very nice and helpful and they kept the place very clean as well. We had such a great first time experience at Mitch's for breakfast. My husband and I both ordered the bagel sandwiches. I tried the rainbow bagel, it was so soft and delicious! I skipped the coffee this time, but loved seeing fresh orange juice from local Pompano brand Kennesaw on the menu. They're also super dog friendly, with the cutest little dog treat jar at the register. Service was excellent from ordering at the counter to having everything delivered right to our table. 9/18/2026 Good energy at Order counter where I was told "we take care of business here." I enjoyed an egg breakfast and ordered it with toast and Turkey Bacon. Ate in the restaurant and walked outside wondering why I still seemed a little hungry. Turned out I never received my Turkey bacon. Two months later I visited again on a weekday morning before work. Not crowded but the two males ordering at the counter were slow at deciding, apparently, and I got tired of waiting so I left. I may try to eat here again after Halloween 2026. The place is super clean and the staff is knowledgeable and helpful. The coffee came out fast and so did the food. Our two breakfast sandwiches were better than we expected! Came here again and took my mom for her first time. We came around 1pm and were able to secure a seat without fighting people for it, but it was pretty full in there. Staff were super nice and they kept the place and tables clean and organized. I didn't know this till today, but they'll validate your parking as well! I got the same bagel I got last time (the hangover + cream cheese spread) and it was just as good as the first time I got it. I got it on a rainbow bagel this time instead of Asiago and it was super yummy. The food came out pretty quick. I'll also add that I got more cream cheese spread on my bagel this time compared to last time so I was very happy about that. I had been to other Mitch's locations so I was happy to learn that they recently opened in Coral Springs. Located at Sample and University by the Modera Building. There is street and garage parking. If you park in the garage you can scan a QR code in the restaurant and your parking is validated for up to three hours. The restaurant had just recently opened, it was fully staffed and service was efficient. It is bright and welcoming. There are a few tables inside. I ordered The Hangover on a sesame seed bagel which was prepared as described with egg, cheese, bacon, and a hash brown, it was delicious. Staff checked on us a couple times during our visit and brought us some complementary rainbow cookies. After attending a Yelp event across the street, we stopped here to pick up some bagels to bring home. We were happily surprised to be warmly greeted by a familiar face. Quite a while back, we went to a Mitch's in Fort Lauderdale and later another location in Hallandale. And guess who remembered us? Wow. This is a great new location which is perfectly located below a new apartment complex at Sample Road and University Drive just north of The Walk in Coral Springs. The restaurant is pretty small with a few tables inside and a few small tables outside. There is a parking garage next door and street parking in the front which they will validate your parking for an hour while you order and eat. The menu is similar to their other locations for bagels and coffee. So I had seen that this place opened up near me, so I decided to give it a try. I did not know they had validated parking so I parked a great distance away, and hiked on over. It was a Saturday early afternoon and it was very busy. You could barely move around. I ended up ordering the lavender Matcha latte iced and the pastrami breakfast sandwich. It took a while to get my drink and food which was expected and I appreciate the employees checking in with me. I ended up getting my drink and I thought it was pretty good. I expected to see purple in my cup like the picture but no, that didn't happen. Now that pastrami breakfast sandwich was the most lackluster thing I have ever had. It literally tasted like nothing, which is strange because it comes with cheddar cheese, kale, everything bagel, pastrami, and I got egg whites. With all of that I would not have known I was eating if I wasn't chewing and looking at it. The pastrami had like a hard pull to it. I can say it was not money well spent. My go-to is the Hangover, which has bacon, egg, cheese, and a hash brown on a bagel. It's delicious and definitely filling! They also have a nice variety of coffee drinks to choose from. The shop itself is really cute and has a casual, friendly atmosphere. On our last visit, we came in toward the end of the day, close to closing. Since they make their bagels fresh every day, one of the staff members offered us some extra bagels to take home on the house rather than letting them go to waste. This Mitch's Downtown is fairly new and opened up recently in the brand new downtown of Coral Springs! I was so excited to try it out as I've heard great things about Mitch's in other locations! I loved the vibe even though I wish it could have a little more outdoor seating and it's a bit small inside. The menu looks amazing though! We were going around lunch so the bagels were all almost sold out so definitely have to go earlier to try some of the fresh bagels they have on display! I ordered the Cali chicken cutlet sandwich on rye! All of their sandwiches you can get on a variety of breads, wraps or bagels! I thought the service was quick and made fresh to order. The Cali chicken cutlet sandwich was decent I just don't think I'd get it again! A bit too greasy from the bacon and I think a better sauce other than green goddess would pair better with the combination but that's my opinion. The chicken and avocado was super fresh though. I definitely want to stop by again soon and I will when back in Coral Springs as I definitely want to try the bagels to see if they live up to the hype read more

We stopped by a togo order at the Fort Lauderdale location once, but a location opened up closer to home in Coral Springs. Dining in is a different experience and it is one to beat! Aside from the delicious food (my husband got the egg platter with corned beef hash and I got the Mr. Eats 305 nova open-faced sandwich... also got rainbow cake which were sooo good!), the ambiance and just the standard of hospitality and service they have is top-notch. I absolutely love the interior of this place. As someone who grew up in Coral Springs, it is so cool having a place here local with some downtown feel. We went quickly after they opened and I am really impressed. The staff were so friendly, the service was great. I could see us coming here every so often as we make our way to Coral Springs to go grocery shopping. I ordered the hangover and a matcha with lavender.
