May companies wouldn't do the tape, or they would charge an expensive price for the documents. The owners of the place was very accomodating. We had good communications on what our department needed. We were located in Vacaville, so that is at least a 20 minute drive! Loved the free delivery! The location of this place is sketchy, but we found the place after getting lost several times.

We had emailed the print job in which we have done before successfully but this time it did not work. The woman at the counter was surly. Just being rude would have been a step up. But because she was so troublesome I gave them no money and continued the boycott!

Needed prints for a gallery show, and through a random stroke of luck ended up going in when they were in between tasks, so I got my prints a few minutes after getting a proof (it was a very small digital print run; 15 prints). Also, good pricing! If you're getting (nice!) prints done it's important to know that this is just not typical. One should expect to wait a few business days. I'm not leaving this review to say to expect this exact service from any printing company in general, I'm just saying that the staff here didn't have to do any of this but were willing to when it was possible. Thank you for saving my butt this week!
