Ned's 5-Alarm Chicken - really good crust and very flavorful. One regret is we didn't go waffles with this. Lemon Poppyseed Slaw - tastes like a classic slaw. A little sweet and creamy. Goes really well with the heavier dishes that we got. The Shrimp Incident - small shrimp and sliced sausage with a Cajun cream sauce and crostini. We thought this was ok Country Mac - my favorite part was the fried chicken as it was very tender and flavorful. The shell shaped pasta was cooked al dente - it was firmer than I would like partly due to the pasta being on the thick side. The Mac is Cajun forward and not very cheesy. Staff was very friendly. We enjoyed our meal, but it was definitely on the heavier side and could have used something to balance it out.

I wouldn't mind a larger selection of fillings, but if the limited menu is what keeps the quality up, that's a trade I'll happily make. As mentioned, the sandwiches are large without being ridiculous. You can get two smaller meals out of one easily, or one feast. The interior of the shop is clean and fun, with a couple arcade machines, retro posters, and classic cartoons playing.
