The yuringi - their sauce need a lot of work, can use more sourness and oyster sauce to give some umami flavor. The tangusuk sauce was based upon ketchup, old school sauce... but it also could used more sourness and more sugar. Be back to try their other new dishes, rating stays at 3 stars.
