Just had a Tru tip sandwich combo, very tasty and for 13 bucks fries and drink not bad at all. Haven't been there in a while but the menu is much simpler. Bread in the sandwich was soft and moist compliments the meat. BBQ sauce was warm perfect for over the meat. Take out was the option for me wish they had more seating. Fries were a bit of over seasoned the only reason for four stars. I will continue to try new things, maybe the chicken melt that is a non menu item. Great place to eat ! Food was really good! The only item I didn't like were the beans couldn't tell if they were just beans or chili beans or soup. They were very watery no taste at all. But their potato salad, rice and ribs are just wow. Very delicious. Their tri tip sandwiches were great I like my meat a little more cooked not pink like the way they make it but I can't complain the sandwich was exceptional. So i really wanted to like this place and had high hopes when i went in.. i ordered a tri-Tip sandwich and garlic fries. The staff of which there was MANY! 7-8 people???! For such a tiny place. Were super nice but unfortunately you don't go to a place because they've nice you go because the food is good and this place sucked! I don't know WHO is giving them the five star reviews... family members maybe? People born with no tastebuds perhaps idk but MAN Ok so first off the tri-tip was SO rubbery you couldn't even bite it with your teeth, it just pulled out of the sandwich in a big hunk.. then there was the BBQ sauce. I notice the BbQ sauce they used was sweet baby rays which hey is fine i guess if you're doing a backyard BBQ and just want some mediocre sauce but a good legit BBQ place makes their own... it doesn't come in a bottle from Walmart.... The garlic fries were SO oily and SO SOGGY and so gross tasting they only got a few eaten and the the whole meal went in the garbage. This place is AH-MAZING! The burgers are HUUUUUGE and delicious. First time I've seen my brother and dad unable to finish their burger and fries...they were teying to finish it because it tastes so good but they were full! The tri tip sandwiches are also big compared to other locations and delicious! You can taste the smokiness in the tri tip. The philly cheesesteak and chicken philly were also delicious! First time trying this place today and here we Go! My family from LA arrived last night and we picked a place for lunch and I suggested Off The Grill since I see them posting all over Social media. Our order was missing items, The Pastrami sandwich when opening was sloppy with mustard everywhere all over the bread. The Loaded mojos had some sort of watery base to it like it was floating in water ... when I called to let them know we were missing 2- Mac-N cheeses and possible the sandwich the guy that answered was NOT customer friendly I asked if they would have my missing order ready so I can drive all the way back and his response " Well Yaaaaaa" not friendly rude. I'm NOT one to ever put bad reviews but honestly the food was sloppy and customer service was Not the best. The barbecue sauce is better than Dog House Grill and Garlic Fries, Chicken Strips were also yummy . But the sandwiches can be a lot more clean presentation wise not just slap on the condiments and the bread get all soggy. I would also suggest that they chop up the tri- tip meat on the salad , it literally looked like a huge piece of Asada on the salad , It was fresh and yummy but like how can you eat that on a fork with the salad?? After eating a lot of fast food I thought about trying this place as it's an actual restaurant and did I regret this decision! I ordered 2 burger meals one with fries and one with potato wedges. The burgers were sooooo messy and sloppy like if they were trying to stuff as much into the actual burger. Not only did it look like someone stepped on the burger but everything fell out before I was even able to take a bite. The fries were good but it's really hard to mess up fries but the wedges were BLACK! They were very burnt like crazy!! The burger was very soggy and incredibly salty. I just could not eat the whole thing and just gave me the worst stomach ache.
