I brought my 2023 expedition here after a deer hit. The quality of the work I am not worried about,…read morethey are known for doing great repairs and came recommended for this- which is great, so long as you can be without a vehicle for a few months, you won't have a problem... my expedition has been in this body shop for 12 weeks and is still not repaired. They have claimed they are waiting on one part, a distance sensor, but the truth would probably be somewhere between waiting on a part and being highly over scheduled and backed up for over scheduling. The completion date has been changed multiple times and today they said it would be another 2 weeks. So at the 14 week mark, I *might* have my vehicle back, but that's still to be seen. I can't even say if any work has been started on it or if it's just been held hostage at the shop for 3 months. I have a Ford Pass app that alerts me anytime the vehicle is started or moved, and after the 2 initial visits to Clintons from the claims adjuster to determine cost of repairs, it hasn't been started or moved since. Communication is a 3/10, if you can get them to answer the phone at all, you can maybe get updated, but I heard " I don't know " more than any solid answers on the reason for the wait And it wasn't until I said "Not accepting that. Call me back with answers." that I was given the reason of "a back ordered part." Super frustrating 3 months and counting, I hate even making a negative review bc the quality is not the issue, but timing does matter... and this is excessive.

Geico towed my car here with a flat tire late night.I called in the mornings to bring the key…read morebecause there's no key dropbox.I came in they assessed the damage and offered me all terrain tires at first but the least expensive option was $165 for 1 tire. They had 5 cars when I got there at 8 , I figured I would be much longer but they got me in & out. Update: The salesmen told me all of my tires were bad and tried to sell me a set of tires for $700.I only purchased the one at that location to get on the road. When I got home I went to another tire place to replace them when I learned that there was nothing wrong with any of the remaining tires. They physically walked me around the car to see for myself.I hate that this company tried to take advantage of me when I was already in a stressful situation.Shame Shame! I would never recommend that to anyone

Later, I was quoted $1,000 for the repair and told the diagnostic fee would go toward that amount. When I asked how much the fee was, the man at the desk said he didn't know. He then told me to take my keys and leave. A couple of months later, I paid another mechanic $50 to look at the window. He told me the part needed was about $70 and pointed out that part of the door had been put together with duct tape. I don't know who put the tape there, but it added to my concerns about the car's condition and the original quote. I understand the cost of a part doesn't include labor; I simply wanted a clear explanation of the charges. I felt dismissed for asking reasonable questions. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this shop.

Good service, mostly, but the few issues are listed here:…read more 1) $20 CASH per tire, $21.25 per tire with a card. Should notify customers prior to getting work done or else it will seem deceptive. Right is right, wrong is wrong, and the receipt is proof. Was told $80, then asked, cash or card, and when I said card, $85. 2) Then, as I'm starting to reverse the truck, i hear, hold it hold it, so I stopped the truck and one of the hubcaps fell off, so the same guy that charged me the $85, came by and kicked all the hubcaps back on to ensure that they didn't fall off. I didn't realize booting someone's hubcap was standard operating procedure. Also, NO MILITARY DISCOUNT, SO DON'T ASK!

In short: spent $2k to get air conditioned (rear evaporator, hoses, and fittings) replaced per their diagnosis. Four return visits later - everything was "working according to specifications". Two of our favorite gaslighting quips: 1) Your sunroof was vented slightly - that's it 2) The system is only designed to cool the air 10 degrees less than the outside air A call to the General Manager of the dealership referred us back to the service manager who still managed to tell us that it's working as designed. I just spent $600 somewhere else to have the system serviced AND NOW it's working fine. One of three things is true and none are good: 1) They simply don't care and make things up 2) The are incompetent and make things up 3) They are intentionally dishonest and make things up We tried to work with them, and they BSd us the entire way.
