I strongly recommend Supurb as a great choice for quality repairs, friendly and effective services and all around nice people!

Later, I was quoted $1,000 for the repair and told the diagnostic fee would go toward that amount. When I asked how much the fee was, the man at the desk said he didn't know. He then told me to take my keys and leave. A couple of months later, I paid another mechanic $50 to look at the window. He told me the part needed was about $70 and pointed out that part of the door had been put together with duct tape. I don't know who put the tape there, but it added to my concerns about the car's condition and the original quote. I understand the cost of a part doesn't include labor; I simply wanted a clear explanation of the charges. I felt dismissed for asking reasonable questions. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this shop.

The communication was awful with the female advisor when I took my car in for service on the engine. They had my car for 5 days and she never once called me, even after she told me she would. They seem to struggle with having the necessary parts available, and scheduling has been a nightmare. I scheduled an appointment and, when I arrived, I was told they didn't have the parts and would need to order them. They rescheduled me for the following week. When I returned for the second appointment, I was then told the repair would take 2-3 days. I explained that I couldn't be without a vehicle for that long, especially since the issue was supposed to be handled under warranty. I understand that parts can sometimes be delayed, but better communication and planning would make a big difference. The sales experience was great, but the service department definitely needs improvement when it comes to warranty repairs and scheduling.
