They have claimed they are waiting on one part, a distance sensor, but the truth would probably be somewhere between waiting on a part and being highly over scheduled and backed up for over scheduling. The completion date has been changed multiple times and today they said it would be another 2 weeks. So at the 14 week mark, I *might* have my vehicle back, but that's still to be seen. I can't even say if any work has been started on it or if it's just been held hostage at the shop for 3 months. I have a Ford Pass app that alerts me anytime the vehicle is started or moved, and after the 2 initial visits to Clintons from the claims adjuster to determine cost of repairs, it hasn't been started or moved since. Communication is a 3/10, if you can get them to answer the phone at all, you can maybe get updated, but I heard " I don't know " more than any solid answers on the reason for the wait And it wasn't until I said "Not accepting that. Call me back with answers." that I was given the reason of "a back ordered part." Super frustrating 3 months and counting, I hate even making a negative review bc the quality is not the issue, but timing does matter... and this is excessive.

If you have any electrical issues stemming from a collision and body damage they cannot repair. After State Farm recommended them to me, I had body work done at Gerber. Body work and paint were adequate but they could not repair my electronic systems. The estimator and Manger are rude and argumentative. They did not repair my vehicle after numerous visits. I do not recommend them since they don't have the experience or skilled staff to do the job and they rather deny repairs and argue then do what they are paid to do. Their warranty is useless. Stay away from this business.

Took to Gerber Collision and after waiting an hour got estimate and laughed, looked at guy and said you do realize it's a GMC not a Mercedes or Porche yes he said I know. I could buy a new one by trading in and use insurance payment to purchase new! It was somewhere around 7000.00! Nope never went back. Ridiculous amount for a backup crash in a resident parking lot. Took it to shop I used before and he fixed it for half and can't tell it was wrecked. Way over priced guess they had to pay for new building.
