Initially the employees seemed pretty nice and helpful. I was looking for a specific color suit that I needed for my sister's wedding. Pretty uncommon color but I figured they would be the best place. They measured me and told me they didn't have anything in my size for that color, I'm a bigger guy. Then they said they might have some in their book that can be shipped to them. I took a look and found some that I liked. The one I really wanted they said they couldn't get for me because I would need separates, understandable but disappointing. The other one I found didn't really match the color | was looking for, but the tie helped pull it together. I decided to RENT it for ~$200. The time came to pick it up, a few days early which was nice. Then I saw the suit... it was VERY low quality with a CLIP ON TIE (hook and loop). It was days before the wedding so there was nothing I could do but suck it up. They picked some white shirts from their stock for me to try on, but none of them felt like a good fit. I don't understand how a suit rental place can't find a correctly sized shirt. I decided to just take the one that fit okay and buy a shirt that actually fit me. I also had to buy a tie that would not look horrible. Still ended up looking pretty good at the wedding thanks to my external purchases, but | felt like I looked cheap thanks to the suit. Very bad experience overall, definitely would not recommend. Also the employees always smoke right outside the front door.

This was especially daunting since we chose a non-traditional suit combo (Perry Ellis Navy Blazer, Tan Pants) that they just began offering. I was appreciative that Joe was up for the challenge. He took me through the process and explained the importance of having the guys provide the most accurate measurements possible, so we wouldn't have to worry about a potential disaster when they eventually came in. And since I never got to see the swatches for the tie/pocket squares in person, he took the time to hold the up to the blazer, etc over the phone. Everything turned out looking better than I imagined.

Horrendous! The older man who works there was as rude as could be, made me late for my sister's…read morewedding with his own ineptitude, and was about as nasty as can be. First. I arrive and the tux doesn't fit. So, I tell him I am going to run back to the hotel and get ready while he makes the alterations. I get back (missing the groom's pictures at this point) and in the confusion I forgot my wallet. I told him that I would call him in ten minutes with the credit card number. He tells me that I must pay for it before leaving and suggests taking off the tux, going back to the hotel and coming back to the shop a third time! Insanity! He makes me call my 8 months pregnant wife to leave the bridesmaids to go up to the hotel room to get my credit card number. The best part after I give him the credit card number, he won't run it telling me that I need to "caaaaaalm dooooowwn..." in a little sing sing patronizing voice. Frustrated, I walked out telling him that I am not going to play his game. He follows me outside and proceeds to write down my license plate as some kind of pseudo-threat. As if the police were going to drag me out of the church for theft of service? Imbecile. This jerk single handedly through his poor execution and embarassing customer service saw that I would be excluded from all of my sister's wedding photo shoot. Thanks a bunch! Additionally, when sharing this story with the groomsmen, they all had similar run-ins with the guy. They also told me a story about how they witnessed him purposely not unlock the door at 11:58 while he puttered around the shop as another wedding party stood waiting outside. The place is right next door to a Chinese food restaurant so we had the pleasure of having our tuxes smell like roast pork egg rolls and Peking duck. My advice: If you want a rude, nasty, unhelpful and disrespectful person to perhaps anger you on a very importnant day, then this is the place for you. (Also, take note of their hours. They are very rarely open. I'm not sure if the place is a part time job for the owners, but for anyone who, you know... works, the hours are very troublesome.)
