They have cameras for you to watch your pup while you're away. It's fun watching them play with their friends and follow around the staff in the kennels. My pup has had play times, been boarded here and used their groomers. All services have been good. If I just say "Pawparattzi" my pup gets excited to go see his friends! So, I was quite anxious about boarding them to begin with and really felt at ease about leaving them with cbw when i looked them up and during their trial day. My only complaint is that when we picked our babies up my girls butt was caked in poop. Dried and fresh. This is a HUGE no in my book. I recieved texts during their interview when my boy threw up and text during their boarding that she had a little blood in her stool. I was never informed that she had poop stuck in her fur on her butt. I would have happily paid extra for them to wash her butt off or even do a grooming bath service. I think it is absolutely unacceptable to send someone's dog home with their bottom covered in poop.

They don't just train your dog- they train you and your dog to be a team. Working with Shannon changed my dog's quality of life immeasurably. I began sessions with Shannon expecting to have a better behaved dog in the end, but what I found is that the bond I have with my dog is so much stronger. I was almost ready to give up on my dog because she didn't seem happy and I felt like I was failing her as an owner. Shannon started by giving me confidence as an owner and trainer of my own dog, and then she showed me how to build my dog's confidence (and give her the stimulation her brilliant border collie brain needs) by training together and engaging in interactive play.
