I cannot recommend Dee highly enough. We contacted her to help us with our recent rescue who was…read morehaving some serious fear and anxiety issues. She has an incredible way with animals and a tremendous understanding of their behaviors and reactions in certain situations. She was also great about working with the whole family, kids included, to make sure we were all learning to communicate with Max effectively. She is able to accomplish so much in each individual visit, it's remarkable. I would certainly recommend a visit with her if you're having any issues with your faithful canine companion. There's no doubt she'll be able to help.

We called in Dee to help, and over 5 visits she not only helped our girl understand what we expect of her, she helped us understand how we act. Our girl is now so much better, still more training to do, but we're on the right path. Without Dee's help and insight we would probably have decided to put her down, and I'm ashamed to admit that it really was mostly our fault not understanding our responsibility. Finally, Dee is a wealth of life experience and wisdom, she not only helped our girl and us with dog training, but she helped us understand each other, work together, and that is not easy with a teenage girl and preteen boy. Thank you Dee, I cannot recommend you enough!!

The front deck team has always been great, and they've consistently taken care of us. We've recently moved away from the area, and will be sad that our dog Boz won't be attending Annie's anymore, but highly recommend them to anyone looking for a daycare/boarder for their dog!

Honestly, I can not stress this enough, my sister dropped off her dog here a few days ago and when…read moreI picked her up, I had a rude awakening. The girl at the front desk was very clearly upset and kept slamming things, and the dogs in the back were barking like they were all VERY stressed. I love supporting small businesses and have heard that that the owner of this establishment... I believe her name is Sarenta or I'm not sure but something like that (my sister only said it once) also now owns my favorite custard place in Norman (it used to be called rustees I'm not sure anymore and honestly I don't care at this point) I used to LOVE taking my nieces there on weekends and I'm not sure when the owners changed but OH MY LORD the people who work there I kid you not are EXTREMELY rude all of a sudden, I do not understand how that place went from a nice summer spot to an awkward and uncomfortable setting in a span of months, but here we are. I also happened to notice the trash can is not even locked up and is just sitting there and even my friend who is financially struggling right now is NEVER able to actually get pet food from the so called "pet food pantry" outside. I am very disappointed honestly. I really wanted to like this place but not only did my sisters dog come home with HUGE ticks ( I will say only about 2 ) the overall "energy" in that building is uncomfortable. Also the location could honestly be better as there were carts and lots of strange objects (a chainsaw I kid you not) that seemed to be left by people around. Also THE FENCES if I had left my dog there he would have escaped almost IMMEDIATELY, there are so many pieces of fences or the gate just 'fixed' with plastic or even just another piece of fence. And I know not much can be done about this but the parking lot honestly sucks and the 'please do not park on the grass' sign is irritating when there's apparently always a black truck parked RIGHT next to it ON the grass (accord first my friend had found this funny but now it's clearly an employee vehicle just who does not think it applies to them) not to mention the knots her dog had received and the mud stuck her her skin even after receiving a 'wash off' and certainly not least her dog has had these really bright green eye snot coming out of her eye since she came back, it's to the point where we are taking her to the VET tomorrow morning. And again with the front worker that person seemed so ridiculously annoyed and stressed out, she kept a saying things like 'sorry we typically only have a few people here' and just overall so much bullshit I was done the second she said that for the tenth time. So to whoever is in charge please just get your shit together. And whoever that girl that came up front to help the other girl is, you do NOT need to be looking at your fellow employees like they are irritating you, and overall with you the door was only halfway closed and me and the man standing in the lobby with me could see you and that other worker laughing around and whispering while the front desk was STRESSED. She had to go back and get you to come help and when you did you looked at that poor girl like she had just ruined all your fun. GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER PEOPLE PLEASE. I know the owner of that coffee place is linked to this one too I believe and honestly that place the couple times I have been is WONDERFUL and NOTHING like these two. So please. Just get your shit together. I will NOT be sending my dog here and I am thankful I never did and neither will my sister anymore. We will be finding another place in Edmond. Thank you.

This was the first time they had a problem doing a na trim and I can guarantee it because of that ladies vibe. Even at pickup she just handed over my dog and walked off. She clearly doesn't belong there. Her vibe was awful and I'm sure the dogs pick up on it as well. I will request a tech I know is good use a different facility now on.

After an hour, I had not heard anything so I went in to check and he was done, crated most likely, but I had not been given a phone call. She said she went to go grab him. Since he is done, I give them my second dog and they say the same thing: they'll call me when he's done. Again, it had be an hour and no phone call. But that is how long it took my first dog to get done and they are the same breed. The second dog is even calmer than the first one is. So I figured he should be done. I go in and they say that she has to give anal gland expressions to another dog. This doesn't make sense because I had an appointment for my dogs to get done, so why would she be working on another dog? Maybe I misunderstood this and she was talking about my own dog. Regardless, they are not done with him yet so I wait outside. Another 45 minutes goes by and still no phone call. I had been waiting nearly 2 hours for a small 25 pound dog. My first dog only took an hour so I assumed it would be the same. I go back in to check because it had been a while and they said "Oh let me go get him". As if he has been ready and nobody called me again. Also, when I went back in, I heard my dog yelping and crying loudly. He is usually calm so I'm not sure why I heard this. I asked her how both of my dogs did and she said they were both great. Im not sure why I heard the noise.
