Well it'd been nice to know as we are new clients. This should've been told to the client on the dogs initial temperment exam day. Instead we get turned away on a day we had plans to be out and thought we could drop our dog off at her 1st daycare day. They also charge for half day daycare for the meet and greet as well. Extremely disappointed in the lack of professionalism.

The 140 pound American Bulldog had a tumor on his nose that needed to be removed and my baby puggle had a cherry eye that would not stay in place without surgery. (13 weeks at the time of the procedure) I have had many dogs in my life and they have had many surgical procedures over the years, but absolutely none of the prior surgeries compare to the skills I have seen from this animal hospital. The skills in removing/repairing and the stitching was the best I have ever seen to include my own 10 surgeries! If your pet needs skilled hands, this is your vet!
