One of the standout features for me is their use of webcams, which allowed me to check in on my dog any time during the day. Being able to watch my pup, Randy, running around and playing gave me such peace of mind. It's so reassuring to see Randy happy and having a great time while I'm away. The staff here is amazing--kind, attentive, and clearly passionate about caring for animals. They treat each dog like their own, ensuring that every pet gets plenty of playtime, attention, and rest. Like I said - they're the best. The facility itself is clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed for dogs of all sizes and energy levels. It's clear they go above and beyond to make sure both pets and owners are comfortable. When I picked up Randy, he was happy, healthy, and maybe even a little sad to leave all his new friends! I'm so grateful to Vera Posh Paws for providing such a safe and welcoming space. We were in a room that was not comfortable for me & certainly not her. A tech came and took her for prep. Another wait. Then a vet and another tech I assume, came in and PUSHED meds into her IV. She reacted with a terrible shudder. Yes. It was shocking to bother her and me!!! That med should have NEVER been pushed . Meds are not pushed when it's a human patient! And then she died in my arms. NEVER ever have I been through such an experience when other precious lives were helped to cross over the bridge. This is why I do not and will not ever take another of my previous babes to this veterinary hospital. If you are looking for a PEACEFUL transition for your furrbabe, take him or her to another hospital or clinic!.

Because I live 30 minutes away and had to rush home to get my dog during peak rush hour traffic, I proactively called ahead to let them know I was running late. Instead of showing any understanding for a working person trying to get medical attention for their pet, they were completely rigid. They strictly enforced a "grace window" policy, entirely dismissing the fact that they still had a full hour left before closing at 6:00 PM. To make matters worse, when we called to ask about payment options, the staff treated my wife with an absolute lack of respect. Their only solutions were entirely unrealistic for the average working person. They flippantly told me to just "reschedule" (which isn't easy when you work until 5:30 PM every day) or suggested I drop my dog off at 7:30 AM and leave her there until 6:00 PM. Why would I trust an establishment to watch my dog all day when they've already made it clear they don't care enough to do what they can to see her? This place operates like a rigid corporate machine, not a veterinary clinic that cares about animals or the people who love them. If you work a regular job or expect to be treated with basic respect and empathy during a stressful time with your pet, look elsewhere. They clearly do not care.

I know my dog is a lot to handle! The lobby is always clean, and they do a good job spacing out appointments, so animals aren't in the lobby together. That can get hectic. I never feel like I am rushed when I'm there, and the vet takes his/her time making sure I have voiced all concerns during our appointment. We have per insurance, and that definitely comes in handy during her annual checkups. If you're looking for a nice vet, give Lakeview a try

Macaroni had his first introductory day at Camp Bow Wow which was FREE (wow) to make sure that he wasn't aggressive with the other dogs. As a new doggy mama I wasn't sure how he would do or even if I could trust complete strangers but I'm so glad I did. Thank you for taking care and wearing out my overactive puppy. Perfect for those days where you don't have a ton of time in the day to pay attention to him and more important when you have late night work to do. Definitely will be back.

So, I was quite anxious about boarding them to begin with and really felt at ease about leaving them with cbw when i looked them up and during their trial day. My only complaint is that when we picked our babies up my girls butt was caked in poop. Dried and fresh. This is a HUGE no in my book. I recieved texts during their interview when my boy threw up and text during their boarding that she had a little blood in her stool. I was never informed that she had poop stuck in her fur on her butt. I would have happily paid extra for them to wash her butt off or even do a grooming bath service. I think it is absolutely unacceptable to send someone's dog home with their bottom covered in poop.

Alena does a great job with the grooming as one of my cats has a thick undercoat requiring regular attention. Also she is a vet tech which makes me feel that any issues will be detected.
