They were pampered with amazing treats, multiple play sessions, tons of room to roam freely, water activities, and comfy sleeping spaces. I couldn't have been more appreciative...my older dog needed medication and tender care, and my young energetic pup needed lots of interaction and activity. Andrea accommodated both of them beautifully! I got photos, videos, and text updates on my girls daily. I can't say enough good things about Pawesome! Highly recommend!

They're a welcome member to the family, and are free to make themselves comfy, and even sleep in bed with us at night if they choose to. The dogs in this house rule the roost, and we wouldn't have it any other way. Your dog will probably have one of the best times of their life, running around in our private dog park. We have a great 3 acre property with tons of shade in the summer. We are fenced and cross-fenced and will be fencing in the last 2 acres of "run room", in the spring. I understood she needed to be shaved, but they left her face and tail long while shaving the bridge of her nose, which left her with a noticeable bald spot in the middle of her face. On top of that, she came home with a bloody paw from a cut between her toe pads. For a first-time visit, there should have been more communication before starting. On top of that, the price was crazy for the quality of work. Something we could have done ourselves at home. We will not be returning. * The owner has tried to reach out and i'm not interested in speaking. I'm not trying to go after a small business, but I am displeased with the service and entitled to my review.

Amberlynn from Happy Tails - A True Gem…read more We've had our fair share of petsitters, but Amberlynn from Happy Tails is something special. She's got this natural way with animals that's just amazing to see. Our puppies took to her like she was part of the pack from the get-go. It's clear they adore her, and honestly, we can see why. Amberlynn does more than just the usual feed-and-walk routine. She really gets to know our pups, giving them the kind of attention and love they need when we're not around. It's comforting to see how well they respond to her; it's like they've known her forever. What we love about Amberlynn is how down-to-earth and genuine she is. She's not just checking off a list; she's there, in the moment, with our puppies. It's that level of care and connection that makes us trust her completely, especially when we're out of town or out of the country. With her, it's not just about safety (which she's great at, by the way); it's about making our puppies feel happy and at ease. Every time we book her through Happy Tails, we know we're leaving our pups in great hands. Amberlynn's just got this way about her, a real animal whisperer. If you're looking for someone who'll love your pets as much as you do, she's your go-to. We're super grateful to have found her and Happy Tails. Amberlynn is truly one of a kind.

The check-in process is consistently quick and efficient (which, if you've ever wrangled an anxious pup, luckily mine is all of 13 pounds, in a waiting room, you know is a gift). We are normally taken promptly back by Emanuel, who sets the tone with professionalism and kindness. Dr. Fritzler is thorough, patient, and never makes me feel rushed. He answers every question I have, even when I ask the same one multiple times in slightly different ways (purely for research purposes, of course, not because I'm not understanding). As someone who's mindful of costs, I really appreciate that recommendations are practical and tailored to my budget without compromising care. Having visited several veterinary offices over the years, this one stands out as especially welcoming, efficient, and genuinely dedicated to the well being of the animals they treat. My pup maybe anxious going to the vet, but Dr. Fritzler has won her over.
