I have boarded my cats with Aristocats since 2009. It is a wonderful place with rooms not cages. Both my cats stay together in a garden view room. Alena does a great job with the grooming as one of my cats has a thick undercoat requiring regular attention. Also she is a vet tech which makes me feel that any issues will be detected. They will give your cats their medicine if they have a prescription. Cannot say enough good things about this cat hotel! read more

I boarded my cat here for close to a week while out of town. I chose this facility specifically because they not only allowed me to pick her up on a weekend (her vet could not accommodate this) and because of the level of care they seemed to offer, including allowing me to bring my cat's special food. When I dropped her off, I sent her with a container had the exact amount of food she would require for her stay (1/4 cup morning and evening, per day) - container clearly labeled, a 1/4 cup scoop, a baggie of treats and greenies for each day that she would be boarded (again, labeled), and some toys and a blanket. Additionally, their intake paperwork had a section for feeding instructions where I again wrote out her feeding instructions just in case. When I picked her up, in addition to noting that the facility was blazing hot indoors, I was told that she had not touched her breakfast. I assumed it was because she was boarded and didn't put too much thought into it. Upon returning home to unpack, I found that not only had she *not* been given her bag of treats and greenies for the morning (I picked her up at 5:00pm), but the food container was completely full and the scoop was clean. I have no idea what she was fed! since coming home, she has been howling and has not touched her food or water. Sadly, the facility is closed for the rest of the weekend, so I'm left to wonder until Monday what happened and what she was fed. I won't return to this facility. For what it's worth, I see this isn't an isolated incident. I wish I'd read the reviews here before boarding her. read more

I have an old cat whose "partner" passed away about a year ago. She used to groom him. He's fur got out of control and became matted. Aristocats did a fantastic job in shaving him. My name is Kasey, and I'm a cat lady. I got my first cat twelve years ago and soon had been gifted with two more lost kittens with no home. I try to treat them the way I would want if I were a cat: good food, plenty of petting, clean litter and of course, no declawing, in case they ever get out and have to protect themselves. This means over the years, I've gone through some furniture. The cats knead/claw the furniture to sharpen their nails. I've bought $100+ scratching posts, tried sprays to calm them, tried redirection, consistently cut their claws to keep them short, etc. Nothing worked. I always had scratched up furniture, and I just decided there was nothing I could do but be comfortable with the idea of replacing my couches often. Then two of my cats got cancer and passed. My only remaining cat had trouble grooming himself because he has always been with two older cats who groom him. So, I called everywhere. No one would groom a cat during COVID they'd never groomed before. All the big chains said no. I searched and found Aristocats. After a 2.5 month wait for the appointment, they were so kind and took care of his coat with the most beautiful lion cut. He was so happy, he'd let me pet him again without getting upset about his coat. They asked if I wanted claw caps, and I gave them a try. *MY CAT WILL FOREVER HAVE CLAW CAPS NOW.* Such an elegant solution and for only $18. He has been a different cat since. He is so happy with his coat and I haven't seen him claw anything since we started doing caps two months ago. It is beautiful. I bought new dining chairs and bar stools that are velvet, and I never would have been able to do that before. The cherry on the sundae is I brought medicine with him because he can be anxious and I wanted to make sure they were able to fix his seriously dreaded coat. When I picked him up, they said he was great and he didn't need medicine! I would give them six stars if I could. read more

Very nice place! I loved how it was specifically for cats! My baby gets a little stressed around dogs so it was nice to know she wouldn't have that extra stress. I only got the bath and it was 35 straight. I dropped her off at 12 and picked her up at 4. She smelled great and her nails were trimmed ALOT. She also slept the whole rest of the day. Aristocats is AWESOME. I've got two huge and fluffy ragdolls, one that will let me brush him and trim his claws and one that absolutely will not. I've taken them both to Aristocats three times in the last year and have been completely satisfied every single time. Lena is a certified feline groomer and she is worth every penny. Given her expertise, I think her prices are very reasonable. I still don't know how she is able to so successfully groom my one cat that refuses to let me brush him or trim his claws, but I guess that's why she is certified to do it! I usually get a bath and a potty trail for both my cats every 3 months and it runs me about $100 total. Aristocats will let you drop off your cats at 7:30 in the morning and pick them up later in the day for no extra charge. When I pick up my boys, they are happy and walking around with their chests puffed out. It reminds me of the way I feel extra fabulous after leaving a salon. Regular grooming with Lena has significantly reduced the amount of shedding I've had to deal with at home. I've not used the boarding services yet but would not hesitate to use them for boarding if the need arises. read more

I have been taking my cat Lyla here since we moved to OKC this summer and I can rest easy when I'm away knowing she is in GREAT hands. They have little individual rooms, some with windows, for their overnight guests, and offer water fountains or heating blankets if you would like to add one. They allow you to drop off your cat at 7:30 am which is nice for those of us that have to get to the office or on the road and they offer Sunday pickup for a small fee. I have always been pleased with the grooming too. I would highly, highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a place for their furry family member. read more

The people that work here are some of the sweetest people! They do excellent work and take very good care of my cat whenever I bring him in. This place is expensive, but excellent. Always do the most fantastic job with your feline friends, and are very sweet and considerate with the animals as well. None of that clipping skin and being careless stuff here. They are very well taken care of and always come back clean and pretty. They quickly contacted me and took action and got him to an emergency vet hospital. If not for their care and concern, he likely would not have made it. I take my ragdoll Freya here when I have to board her rather it be from moving or traveling. They take care of her and I never worry when Freya is staying there. I also have them groom her and trim her nails Freya didn't get the memo that ragdoll ware supposed to be docile her they continue to work on my aggressive cat. I seem to bounce back between okc and tulsa. This is the only place i will take my big very fluffy persian Lily to. It's pretty expensive but it's the only ONLY CAT place that i know of or ever been too. When you walk in you are usually greeted by this smushed face therapy kitty that jumps on the counter. I absolutely adore such cute hello's! When i drop lily off she's usually got several mats and tangles. They do a great job and are extremely thorough with her. I LOVEEE that! Since this place isn't like petsmart and there isn't 400 dogs barking their brains out making my very calm kitty nervous, she seems to not fight me as much when she see's her carrier. When i'm there i normally see other people dropped off fluffy kitties like mine. But if you have a not so fluff kitty that needs to be washed down and you like your non bleeding skin. I would take them here. It's just a more peaceful place for cats. It's all about cats and just cats. And i seem to find that, that's exactly how cats like it. read more

They gladly fed her the stinky canned cat food while some places only feed dry food. This is a fantastic grooming and boarding facility. Reasonably priced, and great service. I show ragdoll cats and am also ragdoll breeder. I recommend these people and this facility to all the pet owners in the area. I'm excited to see their new facility. My daughter who gets her pet ragdoll groomed here says the new facility is really nice. Nixion her cat is NOT easy for me to groom, but they have no problem with him and he always looks and feels great after the grooming session. Aristocats is wonderful! My cat wouldn't allow me to brush him at all before I started taking him to Lena. Now, he enjoys getting brushed - so much so that he comes running to me when I get his brush out. Oliver obviously has wonderful experiences every time he goes. I can't speak to boarding as I have a pet sitter come to stay with my animals, but I'd be willing to bet that your cat will have a safe, comfortable stay at Aristocats. read more

No no no! I would never trust my animal in these people's hands ever again. The facility is nice. I'll give them that. However, if you have a feline who eats specific food or has diet needs - DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. I left my sweet boy with them for a little over a week recently. They were given clear and simple instructions on how my cat needed to be fed, left them a full bag of HIS food, and was assured that I need not worry. Many cats come to them with individual food needs/requirements is what I was told. When I arrived to pick my cat up after my stay out of town ended, I noticed that the food in his bowl was NOT his. It was a Sunday, and the lady I had met when dropping him off and had been conversing with the whole time was not there. The two ladies there that day said they knew nothing about his food. WHAT?!! Being tired and wrongfully thinking it was just a one day mistake on their part, I unfortunately left without investigating further. That evening the throwing up and diarrhea began. We immediately went to the vet the following day & found out how dehydrated he was and how upset his stomach had become from being fed poor quality food he had never had before. I was heartbroken over how bad my little guy was feeling, and the distrust and anger I felt towards this facility for not properly taking care of my animal is still with me. I left him in their hands feeling as if they would look after him & feed him properly. I trusted these people, and in the end my cat was sick for several days, I ended up with a substantial vet bill, and on top of it all was told by the owner, Jean, that she would get to the bottom of what happened. Not only did she never call me back, but she also failed to offer reimbursement for their "services". Stay away from this place. read more
