They do a great job with my big fluffy dogs! The groomer even switched to a different deodorizing shampoo to make sure my dogs smelled their best. I have gone back several times now. I took my lab here for a bath and paid almost $70 after the tip. When I got her back, she was super itchy. After she licked herself, I noticed any spots that got wet on her were sudsy from soap. I had to completely re-bathe her to get all the soap off of her. When I put her in the bath and started rinsing her, so much soap came off of her. When I called and explained the situation today, they tried to blame the issue as her being "allergic" to the soap and wouldn't acknowledge that they left soap on her to begin with. read more

I have been a loyal customer for over 4 years. The last time I was in with my dog, the groomer was very rude and condescending. She rolled her eyes at me after asking her not to cut my dogs ears down. I'm disappointed in how she chose to treat a paying loyal customer. We will find a groomer elsewhere. read more

I just moved to the city. I chose this groomer for my German Shepherd as they had good reviews. I regret this decision. I called this morning and got a new girl, I think it was her first day. She couldn't answer any questions without laughing, I assume she was nervous. I didn't really mind since we've all been there so I scheduled an appointment. I asked for my dog to not be dried with the forced drying kennels as my dog does not like them at all. She informed me they can dry using the traditional method of just being in a kennel instead so I opted for that. I drop off my dog, was told I would get a call when it was time to pick up. I never received a call. Once they were nearing the closing time, I got a call asking when I was going to pick up my dog. I informed the lady I never received a call. After I picked up my dog she was shaking her head a bunch during the ride home. Once I got home, she continued shaking her ears until cotton came out of them. I was pissed. When I called to ask why the. hell there was cotton in her ears the same girl chuckled again and said "we put them in there so the forced drying kennels won't hurt their ears". So that was used after all on my dog. If she wasn't shaking her head that cotton could have stayed in there and I never would have known. When I picked her up no one told me there was cotton balls stuffed in her ear canals. Overall, a really unprofessional experience. I do not recommend them. Way way better service from the city I moved from, I suggest you stay away from them despite what the other reviews say. read more

Our dog looks terrible, she is protective of all the nicked tender spots. They were quick to blame the dog and my husband actually tipped them more thinking it was our dog. She looks like a mess. We did not ask for anything but a clean short cut. She usually lets us touch an hug and rub her anywhere but she is now jumpy and defensive. What did they do to my dog? read more

Had my medium-hair cat shaved here and other than the cut being a little jagged, they cut one of her nipples pretty bad with a blade and she keeps licking it. They also didn't shave her paw pads which I thought was regular maintenance grooming. They did give her a fee/tick bath for free. Overall the cost was still $85 dollars but I wish they would mention if they injured your animal. They were very nice which is why i'm giving them 3 stars. read more

Do not recommend! After getting a lopsided face on my yorkie numerous times I decided to switch to a different groomer rather than ditching this establishment altogether bc I wanted to give the place another chance. I drive 40 min to this place and finding something closer would have been more practical but I decided to give another try. This time with a different groomer the face was indeed even on both sides BUT not what I wanted at all. A round face means round. Not square. Even sent a photo and it turned out nothing like it. Also legs were uneven and hair on padding of 2 feet were not cut. And to top it off I received rude texts and phone calls to pick up my dog. Happy to take my business elsewhere!! read more

I would give this place negative stars if I could. They aren't worthy of the one you have to give, it was good under the previous owners but the new owners have taken the place down. I got my Gran a gorgeous golden doodle who has gotten groomed her whole life without problems. She took her sweet girl to this place for her recent grooming and they absolutely butchered her. On top of that, it isn't advisable to cut off a dog's whiskers without a vet's permission, which they did not have, yet they cut them off too. They left bloody knicked spots on her skin and left her traumatized. We took her to the vet and he wasn't happy they trimmed off her whiskers without permission either. Please DO NOT take your fur babies here!! They with leave completely hacked up and traumatized. No reimbursement was offered upon being called out on their mistake either. Check around and find a better groomer for your fur baby, this place is not good and not worth the chance. I've included a photo of what she looked like before and photos of her knicked up damages and missing whiskers. They have yet to assume responsibility for their bad business and bad service. Also we never asked them to leave her a fur hat on her head, it looks terrible. On top of paying for the worst groomer ever we had to pay even more money to take her to the vet to treat her wounds. They clearly don't know what they are doing here. read more
