We've learned that (especially with a large dog) you've got to call a couple of months in advance to get a spot on their calendar because they are always booked far out. They also have a cancellation list where they'll call you if someone cancels or if a spot opens up on a certain day/week you want to take your dog in! We've taken advantage of that once or twice. My partner and I have crazy work schedules that change frequently, and even when they're on the full side, Lori and her staff always help make it work to help us get her in on a day we're able to drop her off. That really means the world to us. We stick to a pretty simple cut for our dog, but Lori and her staff do some amazing grooming! Her prices are fair and competitive, and they always adorn our pup with some cute bows (last time a pretty flower necklace) when we're picking her up. The work they do here is great, AND they take wonderful care of our dog. We can't imagine going anywhere else!

We recently foster failed and our corgi/blue heeler mix sheds more than anticipated. The knowledgeable staff were very helpful in determining what kind of harness we needed, provided grooming tips, and offered information on a dog wash gift card that allows you to purchase in advance and save on each dog wash. Weekends are busy but you can add your name to the wash list and go play in the small dog park just outside the building.
