We've learned that (especially with a large dog) you've got to call a couple of months in advance to get a spot on their calendar because they are always booked far out. They also have a cancellation list where they'll call you if someone cancels or if a spot opens up on a certain day/week you want to take your dog in! We've taken advantage of that once or twice. My partner and I have crazy work schedules that change frequently, and even when they're on the full side, Lori and her staff always help make it work to help us get her in on a day we're able to drop her off. That really means the world to us. We stick to a pretty simple cut for our dog, but Lori and her staff do some amazing grooming! Her prices are fair and competitive, and they always adorn our pup with some cute bows (last time a pretty flower necklace) when we're picking her up. The work they do here is great, AND they take wonderful care of our dog. We can't imagine going anywhere else!

Anyways, after calling on a Friday around lunch time, they were able to get my poodle in on the same day as long as I brought her in before 2PM. My toy poodle was a mess due to staying at her daddy's house. She had dirty matted fur and just was depressed. Prissy Pampered Pups cleaned her up back to her fluffy white self again, and made her beautiful and confident again for a reasonable price of 40 dollars. Definitely will become a regular here. Also, I was fortunate I had some cash on me, because this place does not accept plastic ONLY CASH.
