We've learned that (especially with a large dog) you've got to call a couple of months in advance to get a spot on their calendar because they are always booked far out. They also have a cancellation list where they'll call you if someone cancels or if a spot opens up on a certain day/week you want to take your dog in! We've taken advantage of that once or twice. My partner and I have crazy work schedules that change frequently, and even when they're on the full side, Lori and her staff always help make it work to help us get her in on a day we're able to drop her off. That really means the world to us. We stick to a pretty simple cut for our dog, but Lori and her staff do some amazing grooming! Her prices are fair and competitive, and they always adorn our pup with some cute bows (last time a pretty flower necklace) when we're picking her up. The work they do here is great, AND they take wonderful care of our dog. We can't imagine going anywhere else!

The owner is very quick to respond to communications requesting appointments. She may not always have availability exactly when you want, but that is a price of success and quality: she's busy. She never fails to get us in within a week of our request. I have seen a couple of complaints regarding pricing. PPP is not the cheapest groomer in town, and while I have not visited all of them, I would wager it is also not the most expensive. If it is a few bucks more than a competitor the service is well worth it. We drive past several other groomers that are closer to our home to get to PPP. We will continue to frequent this business for as long as we have dogs and it's open. Very pleased and highly recommended.

One of the standout features for me is their use of webcams, which allowed me to check in on my dog any time during the day. Being able to watch my pup, Randy, running around and playing gave me such peace of mind. It's so reassuring to see Randy happy and having a great time while I'm away. The staff here is amazing--kind, attentive, and clearly passionate about caring for animals. They treat each dog like their own, ensuring that every pet gets plenty of playtime, attention, and rest. Like I said - they're the best. The facility itself is clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed for dogs of all sizes and energy levels. It's clear they go above and beyond to make sure both pets and owners are comfortable. When I picked up Randy, he was happy, healthy, and maybe even a little sad to leave all his new friends! I'm so grateful to Vera Posh Paws for providing such a safe and welcoming space.
