They did exactly what we asked them to do and my baby looked beautiful and had just enough hair left on her for us to treat her burn spots. We've been bringing our dogs there for a lot of years and never have I had such horrible customer service from liberty the employee there. When the employee starts on with my wife about how much things cost and what was done there is no call for that kind of service. The owner has been messaged and the BBB Will be notified as well. My advice is take your animal somewhere else. Plus they don't offer water to the animals. read more

I have 2 Schnauzers and they do an awesome job on them. It is not easy finding a good groomer for Schnauzers.

Buddy got groomed this morning and they did such a lovely job! Got him right in and he was finished on time. He looks adorable! I'm so glad I chose Sud-Z Dogz! Buddy was so excited when we came to pick him up but not necessarily for us, lol! He wanted to play with everyone! Kimberly, the owner, knows her stuff and has a great staff. I spent close to 20 minutes talking to the owner when I dropped my dog off, she mentioned several times her groomer "should be here by now" so I never spoke to her at drop off. Another woman was dropping of a schnauzer and was told it would be $55. I sent two pictures through text message of what I wanted so there would be no doubt. I dropped him off at 8 am and got a call about two hours later that he was bathed and the groomer had a few questions. I then shared with the groomer exactly what I wanted and felt like we were on the same page. I got a call an hour later from the owner telling me that he was ready to pick up. I asked what the total price would be and asked if it needed to be cash or if they took credit cards. I was told they take cards but there was a fee and the total was $55. I then hear the groomer say, "$65" and the owner repeats that to me..."oh, it'll be $65". I then hear the groomer ask how old he is and the owner asked me. I tell her that he will be seven months old the end of this month she tells the groomer and the groomer, then says, "well, then, let's just charge $75 and that'll be the price from now on it will never go up. That's the adult price." I am a little shocked that the price went up from 55 to 65 to 75 all within 30 seconds. I arrive and his cut is nothing like what we talked about. It's nothing like the pictures that we talked about I get his halter on him, and he immediately pees all over the floor because he hadn't been taken out to go to the bathroom, I pay the $75 (plus the $2 or so fee), I get him home and he drinks and drinks and drinks because he probably hadn't been given any water either. Needless to say we will not be back. I would not recommend this groomer based on the inconsistencies and questionable practices of pricing and the overall service provided. read more

You know, I never had a bad experience here until today. Not sure the guy's name (big dude with a beard, black hair and a white shirt) but I imagine he's the type of guy who complains about someone telling him to wear a piece of cloth over his nose and mouth for 5 minutes outside of this business. The owner was having a hard time hearing me through my mask (despite me raising my voice to the point I was worried they thought I was being rude) and once she knew what I was saying, guy made a smart remark "Maybe remove your mask so we can hear you" (not verbatim) as if he thought I couldn't hear him (I guess they don't call people who live in Moore 'Morons' for no reason). Very hella rude, especially since you don't see me throwing a fit that NO ONE had been wearing masks this entire pandemic. Like great, man. Glad to know stuff like that bothers you I guess. I'm not mad at the owner. She's a nice lady who has been good to my family and my dogs each time we've brought them to her. This isn't about her. But having people like that guy reflects poorly on the business, and for that I personally have no desire to come back again if dudes who work there can't keep their smartass comments to themselves in the presence of customers. read more

The owner has taken back ownership of this facility, it doesn't stink when you walk in like it did before and the employees truly seem to care about the dogs getting taken care of properly. One of the employees thought to ask if my dog needed medicated shampoo because he has a skin condition which was amazing. I almost stopped bringing my dogs to this place because the girl who was running it before was running it into the ground and was very unprofessional but the owner and her daughter are doing wonderful getting it back into shape! read more

What an epic FAIL... Sooo; I took my cocker spaniel pup in for a spa day and like any other time I dropped her off I gave simple instructions that Willow was there for a grooming to which I said we would like for her to get the lamb cut to which the person working intake wrote down our wishes on Willow's paperwork. Simple; right??? I mean I would have thougt so considering that it was written down when I dropped her off. Some hours later the wife and I return to get Willow only to find out that she was completely shaved without the special cut we specifically requested. A little upset I then said; " that's definitely not a lamb cut..." This then turned into a blame game due to poor or lacking communication within the dog spa employee staff. None the less I was upset and I could tell they knew it.... So I then stepped outside with Willow while Mom takes care of paying for the services we DIDN'T ask for to which they then charge her FULL price even though we DIDN'T get what we asked for... Let me say this; "this is NOT how you keep business or retain returning customer's." read more

This place is amazing. She and her staff work diligently to provide the best care to all animals. We use the grooming services almost weekly and are never disappointed. We also have used her boarding services. The cages are well kept up, clean and spacious. This place is worth it! read more

We have been to this establishment already 4 times and were super happy with the service we received we originally came because we have a new dog who hates having his nails cut at home so we tried professionals and this place did a great job! He was perfectly still and always left happy. Until today when the groomer with red hair cut his nails. She cut him to the quick on SIX of his nails. So if he already did not like having his nails done before he really doesn't now. He was crying during the process and she just said "oohh that's not hurting you". It was so overwhelming and heartbreaking and I didn't even realize how bad it was until we left. So upset that my dog had to go through that. We will not be allowing her to touch our dogs ever again. Now I do understand that cutting to the quick happens sometimes. I cut my other dogs nails at home and have done it once when I was first starting out, But six times in one go. NEVER. Even me an non professional has never done that shitty of a job read more

I took our Great Pyrenees for a full bath/groom, and they did a phenomenal job! She is timid around other dogs, and nervous in any new place. They were so understanding and allowed her time to warm up and walk to the back on her own. They did a great job grooming her, and their pricing is incredibly reasonable; we will definitely be back! read more

Far and beyond the best service our Chow has received. We brought him in to be bathed and groomed after being matted beyond what we could manage and they did an exceptional job! We feared he would have to be shaved since that's what every other place we've been to has done to him, but they managed to clean him out and made him look amazing. This dog care place is full of irresponsible employees. My friends family had left a small black dog in their care. The family came to find out that the employees left the front door open with only a small gate keeping the dog from the door. The small dog was able to jump the gate and run out the front door. Any dog owner loves their pet hole heartedly. And as someone who's owned pets Ik the pain of losing them. If you have a job at a pet day care it's your job to watch over others pets as your own. Sud-z Dogz has failed to uphold the standards pet owners have for a doggy daycare. If you read this review I suggest you don't trust these people with your pet. Maybe they're fine as a groomer, I have not used their grooming services. However, I boarded both of my dogs there a while back. We were gone for four days and came back a day early. We called to tell them we were coming and they told us they couldn't get into the crate to clean it out because one of the dogs was "aggressive. " So they left the dogs in the crate all 4 days and only fed them and gave them water. We hadn't heard anything from them until we told them we were coming to get them. We've never had problems with the dog they said was aggressive. I think they used his hyper personality as an excuse for them locking both dogs up for four days, not letting them out to use the bathroom, and not cleaning up after them. We've boarded our dogs at this location for years when it was paw prints and had no problems. We will not board our dogs here again, and will advise others to go somewhere else. read more
