When the employee starts on with my wife about how much things cost and what was done there is no call for that kind of service. The owner has been messaged and the BBB Will be notified as well. My advice is take your animal somewhere else. Plus they don't offer water to the animals.

Vanessa, my assigned groomer, spent a long time going over my dog's history and getting to know her before she took her back. When I arrived to pick her up, I was blown away by how good my dog looked. And how happy she seemed. Vanessa went over everything she did, asking if I wanted her to change anything or do anything else before I left-- it seemed like she took a lot of pride in her work and wanted to make sure I was happy. They take walk-ins for grooming, or it was easy to get an appointment over the phone. The manager (franchise owner, I assume) took the time to show me how to use their new app to schedule future appointments. The retail side of the store has a good selection and prices are pretty reasonable given that most of their brands are higher-end.

One of the standout features for me is their use of webcams, which allowed me to check in on my dog any time during the day. Being able to watch my pup, Randy, running around and playing gave me such peace of mind. It's so reassuring to see Randy happy and having a great time while I'm away. The staff here is amazing--kind, attentive, and clearly passionate about caring for animals. They treat each dog like their own, ensuring that every pet gets plenty of playtime, attention, and rest. Like I said - they're the best. The facility itself is clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed for dogs of all sizes and energy levels. It's clear they go above and beyond to make sure both pets and owners are comfortable. When I picked up Randy, he was happy, healthy, and maybe even a little sad to leave all his new friends!
