One of the standout features for me is their use of webcams, which allowed me to check in on my dog any time during the day. Being able to watch my pup, Randy, running around and playing gave me such peace of mind. It's so reassuring to see Randy happy and having a great time while I'm away. The staff here is amazing--kind, attentive, and clearly passionate about caring for animals. They treat each dog like their own, ensuring that every pet gets plenty of playtime, attention, and rest. Like I said - they're the best. The facility itself is clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed for dogs of all sizes and energy levels. Anyways, after calling on a Friday around lunch time, they were able to get my poodle in on the same day as long as I brought her in before 2PM. My toy poodle was a mess due to staying at her daddy's house. She had dirty matted fur and just was depressed. Prissy Pampered Pups cleaned her up back to her fluffy white self again, and made her beautiful and confident again for a reasonable price of 40 dollars. Definitely will become a regular here. Also, I was fortunate I had some cash on me, because this place does not accept plastic ONLY CASH.
