He is a little skittish of people, but does very well here getting his bath and nails trimmed. The staff seems very patient and kind to their clients. Do not come here unless you want your animal to be abused and shame you. I had gone here for 5 years. I had trusted them with my dog and I had never had a problem before. It had only been 2 months since I had taken her in, but it was time for her nails to be trimmed. We had just walked in and David was able to get her in. When trimming her nails he had cut one extremely short cutting into one of her veins. Then when I came to get her. David the butcher had blamed me because "we haven't taken her in to have her nails done in so long". He had hurt my dog and told me I was the problem. In the photo, you can see how short and painful it is compared to the rest of her feet. I'm so deeply disappointed and upset that a company that I had once trusted and loved could be so ugly. I will not be return and I will be telling anyone I can about this experience to prevent this from happening again. Please be careful and safe from David. read more

Priscilla has been grooming my Bichon Frise and Pomeranian for years, and I think I am scheduled out every two weeks until the end of time. Every single time I pick them up I am in awe of how perfect they look. Not a hair out of place. Cutting the hair of these breeds of dogs takes a LOT of precision and talent... I could never find anyone who could make my dogs look even halfway decent before finding Priscilla. I am just so, so impressed by her work. The manager does not have any customer service skills. She was not interested in hearing what I had to say or following up with my request. It is very disappointing as I have used these groomers for over a year, but will no longer continue to give them my business. I can deal with a bad haircut every now and then but have an issue with the groomer saying he won't fix the problem because he doesn't have time. I was even more bothered that he told another groomer "no" when she offered to fix the small issue. The manager was not willing to make the small change to ensure that she kept my business. They butchered the hair on my dog without making sure I was clear on what was going to happen or how he was going to look and ended up being so overly disappointed. I told them how disappointed I was and asked if I could have my money or some of my money back, they would not let that happen. I told them I wouldn't be back, and the response back "that's fine." My dogs really small so she let me put a towel down so she didn't fall through this little black plastic/ rub thing at the bottom of the tubs. This is an excellent shop to self bathe your dog. They provide a state of the art bathing area. Included in this area is several high-quality shampoos and conditioner, cologne, eye wipes, ear wipes, several brushes, lots of towels and a smock for you to wear. They also provide a blower with several settings to dry your pup. They also provide a secure place to hook your dog up to make sure you can secure your dog. There is no time limit like at other dog washes. Our dog is left clean and super soft. She was a lot more comfortable in this location than others we have tried. They also have a package deal you can purchase, which is 6 washes for $60. What a great deal! They also have a lot of high quality food, treats and other products for purchase. I will keep this short, if you're in the area and looking for a groomer who will work hard to meet all of your desires with your pup, this is the place to go. I have a little bit of a high maintenance dog, and though she has her behavior issues they were able to accommodate her as best as possible, and meet all of my needs! Some of my communication was off between the front desk and the groomers when I was speaking to them on the phone before my appointment, but I am probably just a little picky because I'm a crazy dog mom. Priscilla was the one who cut my dogs hair, I can tell that she truly loves animals. After rescuing a SMELLY lab, we took him straight to All Fur Paws to give him a bath. Not only were they extremely nice and helpful, the whole crew helped us get him up to the washing station (he was afraid of the blow drying noise from another dog and was not about to go near it). They kept popping their heads in asking questions and giving tips because he's my first rescue. THEN they gave me a bunch of sample dog food to help me start him off. When I asked about food and bones they were very knowledgeable and gave me a bunch of suggestions for me. I will definitely be coming back! read more
