Extremely Disappointed with Fur Lab - Time to Find a New Groomer I've been taking my dog to Fur Lab for the past two years. Our very first appointment was fantastic -- the groomer did an excellent job, and I left feeling confident we'd found a solid place. Sadly, that groomer left soon after, and things have gone downhill ever since. Despite being promised multiple times that my dog would be seen by someone familiar with his breed, every appointment since that first one has been frustrating and disappointing. At one point, they completely forgot to groom his undercarriage. When I brought it up, the only fix they offered was to drive all the way back in so they could "squeeze him in." The correction was rushed and looked choppy at best. At our most recent visit, I specifically requested a new groomer with experience and was told that would be arranged. Instead, they booked the wrong service -- after two years of the exact same grooming request. Although this was noticed at drop-off and supposedly corrected, when I came back to pick him up, they hadn't even done the updated service. The one thing I emphasized -- deshedding his double coat in the middle of summer -- was completely forgotten. And again, his undercarriage was untouched. I pointed it out at pickup, only for them to do a rushed, patchy job. I called to speak with the manager -- not in, of course -- and passed along my frustration to the front desk. But at this point, I'm done. Fur Lab has wasted my time again and again. Their trims and baths don't come close to the quality of our previous groomer in Texas. Now I'm stuck looking for a reputable grooming facility in Oklahoma. Bottom line: Avoid Fur Lab. There are far better options out there. read more

They did a really good job with Sonny. I've been to 2 groomers so far, and fur labs has given the bed experience with my dog.

I love this groomer! We have been to a few others in the area but Fur Lab has done the very best job with our furr baby. They are quick on text or call responses and keep you updated throughout your pets appointments including text/photo updates. The cost is slightly more than others we have visited but I feel it's definitely worth it. My goldendoodle loves to be outside and tends to get matted easily. They do their best to keep as much fluff as they can while removing any problem areas. THANKS GUYS!! read more

Absolutely love taking our golden retriever Mowgli to Fur Lab. He is loved on by every employee and treated with so much kindness. He is typically nervous to be outside our home but he actually gets excited to see his people at Fur Lab. The staff keep me updated every step of the way from bath to blowout to his groom; they communicate with me so well. And he looks absolutely fabulous when we pick him up. I could not recommend this place and their skill and compassion enough- they are the best! read more

I took my lil guy to these guys for his first ever grooming appointment and I was TERRIFIED! He's NEVER been away from me and he's still a baby at 9 weeks. But I was SOOO impressed with the cleanliness of the place and was IMMEDIATELY reassured that Abeo would be safe in their care. They sent me grooming pics and even gave him some napping time as I had taken him during his usual nap time. As soon as he was ready they sent me a text alerting me that he was ready to be picked up. Once I arrived there they gave me tips and tricks to get him ready for his full in grooming appointment, to get him desensitized to the sounds of the tools. They ALSO cleaned his car seat as he got car sick in the way there and washed the towel that he lost his lunch on. I can't say enough great things about these guys! If you want a place where you can take your pet to be groomed and TRULY know that your pet is safe and in the most capable hands...take them to Fur Lab, you won't regret it. I felt like it's a sweat shop in there. At first, you think what a great place. Friendly etc. pictures of bath time in a timely manner. Then pictures of them all blown out. 2 hours later, nothing. I go in to check things out. Your groomer, is not the one bathing and blow drying. They have multiple people bathing different dogs. Never saw who was blow drying them but assume it's the same. Poor hair cut. Going in, I should have known. My dog was shaking like I've never seen before. I took him in at 11:30. Went back at 2:30, he still wasn't done. I will not go back and am happy to tell anyone who's interested of another fabulous one on one place! See ya fur lab ! read more

I took my large and very active Golden Retriever Konner to Fur Lab to be groomed last week. I am so pleased! When I picked him up he was clean, smelled good. and best of all his matted hair was unmatted. I dont know what they used on his coat. but it feels so good. I will be a regular customer. read more
