Treats were given. Our second dog, a GSD, who was not very trusting of others tolerated the bathing with a muzzle because Duncan made the experience positive and tolerable to show him there was nothing to be upset about. But the time, patients and care that Duncan showed my 14 year old lab buddy, Buddy, was really special and deserves my review and "Excellant" rating.
