I was referred to this dog groomer by a handful of friends recently and ended up having a wonderful experience. The staff was extremely polite while scheduling the appointment and I was able to get my small dog in for grooming/nail clipping within the next day. I was very particular with how I wanted my dog groomed and appreciated the staff not only listening but paying close attention to detail. Overall a very good experience and will be using Pawsh again very soon! read more

Decided to try a new place after rescuing my ginger poodle. I made an appt which was easy to do by phone and they did an okay job with my rescue ginger poodle. I wasn't 100% satisfied, but understand that different poodles have different types of hair, just they didn't take much off on the top as the picture I sent them which I know is totally doable. Anyways, it didn't bother me much so I made an appt again for my other cream toy poodle. They literally gave her a completely different haircut. It wasn't terrible, she was clean, and her hair was indeed groomed, but it was not what I asked for at all from the bottom of her neck being shaved, and I asked them to even her ears and trim them a little shorter, but they literally cut her ears super short, and not only was it short it was super uneven. Her face around her eyes were super uneven, and they left the top really long unlike the photo I provided to do a hairstyle with a bow which was nice, but again not what I had asked for. They did contact me, I was not upset, but it seemed as if they weren't happy and it felt like they were passively putting blame on me for "miscommunication" when again I just wanted something similar to the picture. I am aware all poodles hairs are different, and with that said I know there will be different outcomes, but the hair on top was left super long unlike the photo provided, the ears were cut extremely short which I did not ask for, but was accused of miscommunication on my part for this mistake even though they cut the ears all jagged and uneven, and they shaved the under part of her neck which was fine, but again I did not get anything close to the photo I provided. I got a better representation of the photo with my rescue poodle, but even with her haircut they left the top super long and face uneven. It is what it is, I didn't really get an apology, and not asking for one, but it didn't feel good when they kept passively insinuating it was pretty much all my fault. Not bashing this business, just giving my honest review on my experience with Pawsh. Maybe, they had an off day, but I'll be driving 25mins to my previous grooming place again. read more

There is no place better to groom your doodle. My dog is literally a celebrity when we go for a walk. I have tried a few places but when your dog has extremely tight curls and needs a red Mohawk, Pawsh delivers. Always sweet to my puppy and me even though he's not the easiest. read more

Absolutely do not take your pet here!!! I took my 6 month old mini Aussiedoodle to get a basic grooming. When I picked her up as soon as they called me to tell me she was done. When I got there they informed me that she had ripped out two of her molars, they told me they didn't know what happened other than she was in a crate when it happened but they think they are puppy teeth. I took my traumatized puppy home and made a vet appointment. The vet told me they were in fact adult molars and she should not have been put in a position where that could happen. Prior to this we had training with her where she had developed great people skills and a well behaved manor. Now (almost a year later) she has horrible anxiety and fear of strangers and grooming. We've been to multiple vets and trainers and they all agree this behavior is a result of this traumatic event when she was so little. Pawsh couldn't seem to care less. Not to mention the amount of added expense we've had To provide this extra care for her. I even still had to pay full price for the "grooming" I feel horrible that we took our baby here PLEASE don't make the same mistake I did read more
