Took our dog in for grooming and they cut her. Didn't even tell us that it happened. They also did not cut her nails on one of her paws. I would never recommend this place. If I could give this place a negative 5 stars I would. read more

After 7 or so years of going to bubbles and pets, we were told our 4lb. Yorkie is just too much for them to deal with (she is small and like most small dogs she shakes). We had been waiting for over 2 months on the waiting list to get an appointment. It was only after I called and spoke to the new owner that I got an appointment. Then when I show up her staff turns me away and tells me to find a new groomer. The new owner who also owns Pawsh has obviously told her staff to just turn away any dog they have decided they don't want to groom or they deam just takes too long to groom. A family member was recently turned away at Pawsh after years of patronage as well, being told her dog must be senile. Since this is going on at both establishments this must be a policy of the owner. One of the staff at bubbles and pets told me it's because they have to groom so many dogs a day and they just don't have time for a dog that doesn't stand perfectly still. Lol They won't be grooming many dogs then. Don't take your beloved pet to a place that doesn't care for your dog and literally only cares about how many they can run through in a day. I get its a business but I'm afraid the new owner doesn't care for your business or care to make long time customers happy. This place gets an "F" for not caring about their customers or their pets. read more

We have a four year old Dutch shepherd who has never had her nails done professionally. We trim them at home but knew we needed help. Brooke took us as a walk-in and let me lead for the first few minutes. After she saw I wasn't making progress, she stepped in a put our dog on the stand and sent me on my way. Both Brooke and Ma did great and I'm confident we can continue getting her nails done by someone other than us. She used a nail grinder that went quick. We were in and out within a few minutes. There's a small lobby inside that has a sign asking one person at a time. All of the staff had a mask and I felt I was given good direction on what was needed of me. I was asked to wait outside and they brought her out when they were done. I paid and loaded up. read more

I never do this but I'm pretty fuming this morning. So if you take your dogs to groomers in Edmond DO NOT!! go to Bubbles and Pets, LLC. They were extremely rude to me and my husband yesterday when we took our doodle to be groomed. They wanted to shave him which is their typical response anytime I take my dog in. The lady kept wanting to argue with me instead of just giving me my dog. They try to blame it on matting but I took him to another groomer immediately after and they had no issues!! They kept wanting to say I didnt follow their instructions to come in every 6 weeks which isnt true my last apt was aug 31 which was exactly 6 weeks yesterday. I left them a review yesterday bc I was that upset leaving there. They turned around and left my business page a review.... If you go and read their reviews this is common with them and doodles. Also got a message from one of their previous managers this morning letting me know they also miss treat the animals brought to them. This place and people are terrible, not a single person there should be grooming dogs. I was the manager there over two years ago and finally had to leave due to mishandling dogs and the owners being greed. All the owner care about there is money money money and that's it. Also when you leave google reviews they always come back with fake accounts to counter act your bad one. I hope you find the perfect groomer for your sweet pup. This place is seriously the best place to take your dogs for grooming in Edmond. They take care of your babies and are so thoughtful in communication and overall customer service! I mentioned that it was my dog birthday and they gave him A BIRTHDAY BOW!!! Like what??? They're seriously amazing and do a great job of keeping my pet looking good and feeling comfortable during the process! read more

Would not recommend. I was told my 16 year old dog couldn't come here anymore because he was "going for blood." That is extremely out of character for him. He gets groomed nearly every month here and we have never been told he was difficult to groom prior. I asked if he had acted this way in the past and was told that the previous groomer was quiet/sweet and that she must've been too nice on the notes. I of course apologized for my dog's behavior, but was disappointed that this was the first time it was brought to my attention, and that he was being dismissed as a client at first notice. However, I'm not missing out by not being able to take my dog here anymore. If this is the result, I will happily take my senior dog elsewhere. read more
