She reacted with a terrible shudder. Yes. It was shocking to bother her and me!!! That med should have NEVER been pushed . Meds are not pushed when it's a human patient! And then she died in my arms. NEVER ever have I been through such an experience when other precious lives were helped to cross over the bridge. This is why I do not and will not ever take another of my previous babes to this veterinary hospital. If you are looking for a PEACEFUL transition for your furrbabe, take him or her to another hospital or clinic!.

There were no problems while she was there. But after the appointment my mother gets multiple calls from Mellissa (the owner) who accused my mother of being rude and yelling at her for not waiting in her car. She also yelled at my mother for not tipping for the service when the service was $65 and she was just getting a nail trim and the dogs coat shaved off and trimmed around his face. She called my mother a bitch, and multiple other names. My mother finally got fed up hearing the lady yell so she stated "thats fine, I will take my dog somewhere else to be groomed from now on" and hung up, the lady then persisted to call and text her calling her more names and harassing my mother. I called to understand what was going on, because i was literally on the phone with her for 2 hours and not once was she rude or was asked to wait in her car. The lady at the front desk actually was laughing at something with my mother while she was there. I let the owner know this, and she stated I was lying and started to harass me as well. I would never recommend anyone to go to this establishment unless you want to get lied on and constantly harassed. I have let me owner know if she contacts me or my family again than I will get the police involved and file harassment charges.
