I put in an online curbside pick up at 3:03p. It was 8 cookies and a 32 case of canned cat food! Storms rolling in within the hour. I go on over at 4:17p. Account said it was in process... Get there and the lady was very unsympathetic in my situation. She told me they have 2 hrs and they have that long to get it together. I said that is literally less than 45 mins! There r storms coming in. She wasn't going to help me out whatsoever! I would hate to c how they handle the live animals in their stores if they treat people this way! I told her I was here out front when they get it together bc I wasn't leaving since I'm here. This store needs better sales people. I understand why their rating is soooo low! read more

NOT GOOD I left my dog at PetSmart Grooming, I thought I was getting the bath and the deshedding , yes I got a bath & groom, but I had asked them specifically for deshedding . I went to go pick up my dog with hair still falling out of her coat . I payed 89.00 for a special bath. I left super disappointed, yes my dog smelled good but what I was looking forward to the deshedding which I got nothing but a disappointment out of. Yes the lady's we're nice but please if you're looking forward to get deshedding for you're dog , don't waste you're money. read more

I don't get why this manager would lie to a driver delivering there goods. This trip was a 4 stop delivery to multiple PetSmart locations I'm usually early when delivering to PetSmart and managers always appreciate the effort. But this store manager was 3rd on my leg and when I arrived, I'd call and announce I'm here. This is the second time this manager has kept me waiting, it's now been almost 2 hours, first she says they are organizing the store, an hour later I go in and don't see any of that going on, then call again and she says the person who runs the forklift is out to lunch. At 11:05 I'm told that they had a no show that's now lie number 3 but I'm now finally getting unloaded. I don't like to be negative, but put yourself in my position how would you feel. read more

Let me start by saying that this is such a great place for all pet lovers! I've been coming to this Petsmart since I moved to OKC and let me tell you that they have everything you could possibly want/need and more for your pets! This is a very clean store, tons of employees on hand to assist you, tons of pets to buy/adopt, and a plethora of pet lovers to boot! Employees greet you as soon as you walk in and the helpful and friendly service continues throughout the rest of your visit. Employees in each area always ask if they can be of assistance with a smile. (I love good service and friendly people.) We typically go there for everything dog and fish related. They are well-stocked in both departments. We try to buy things when they are on sale with our "Pet perks" loyalty card. We love all of our fish that we've purchased here. Some of them have been alive for over 2 years! We've only lost 1 fish shortly after we purchased it by we were able to exchange it for free during their 14 day exchange period. (A few didn't fair so well because of aggressive fish or a failure in our filtration system but that had nothing to do with the quality of fish from Petsmart.) read more

This PetSmart isn't cheap, and their bird toys haven't gotten my cockatiel's interest. They could update the smaller bird cages to be more suitable for many birds at once (Which they seem to do) and the employees seem pretty average. Seeing as those are the only issues, overall, the place is a lot better than the horror stories you hear about big pet store businesses. read more

STAY AWAY FROM PETSMART GROOMING!!!!! I wish I could give this place a negative star! PET INJURED AT THE HANDS OF PETSMART GROOMER I have a 2.5 year old, small, 10 pound chihuahua named Maverick. He is sweet natured, has been thru obedience training, and is great with kids and other dogs.On November 9, 2010, I took him to the Petsmart groomer perfectly happy... when I picked him up he wasn't himself and just looked tired. I figured it was normal and took him home. The next morning, my poor little dog was in SOOOO much pain! He could not sit or lay down, could not use the bathroom, was lethargic, didn't want to go for a walk or move at all.... so I immediately took him to the vet! Vet did fecal, urine and blood sample tests. The vet found a small amount if blood in his feces but concluded that he hadn't eaten anything bad and didn't have any toxins in his body rather his condition was the result of someone roughly handling him and his nails being cut too short which causes pain. Today I found out that the groomer most likely let my dog fall off the table, held him down aggressively, and even muzzled him!! Maverick is obedient, loves people, and other dogs and is very easy going... so I have no clue why a petsmart groomer would do this to him :(. Also on his "report card" the groomer wrote "Mav did great!" LIE OF THE YEAR!!!! Having to FORCEFULLY restrain him hard enough to leave BONE BRUISES ON HIS HIPS AND SEVERE MUSCULAR PAIN on a little 10 pound dog DOES NOT EQUAL "mav did great!!!!!!!!!" So far, I talked to the manager of the store and he didn't seem to care tooo much about the rough handeling my pet clearly suffered :(. I want more than a "sorry that happened, wont happen again" from petsmart!!!!! The vet gave Maverick a shot for the rear body pain he has around his hips, on his low back & spine, as well as muscle relaxers, and anti-inflammatory pills. *After asking the manager to investigate what happened, all I got was "the salon manager was present and she didn't see anything out of the ordinary." ANOTHER LIE! So for no reason at all, my dog couldnt lay down and I could not touch him for 5 days after being groomed because everything went well? Not likely!!! I think they should at least refund his grooming and pay his vet bills. I simply would make them take ownership for what has happened and perhaps develop better training or enforce adequate supervision so this doesn't happen again! I would hate to see or hear about any other dogs having to go thru as much pain as my little maverick is in right now. My vet told me that here latelyshe has been getting more cases of sick and injured dogs after petsmart grooming. This has to change! read more

I took my moms peekapoo and when I picked her up her hair was choppy and uneven and they even cut her to male her look like she had a unibrow. It was horrible! That staff was less than friendly and I was given misinformation from 2 different employees. When I asked about the requested bows for her hair, the girl said they put them in but Kissie already took them out. The employee was lying (she's not very good at it) and I know that it takes Kissie at least a couple of days to get them out. I hated her hair cut as did her mom. Also their prices are crazy high. Will never go back there again. If you want repeat customers, first let's start with professionalism and friendliness. read more

Went to return five items that just did not work well, had perfect undamaged packaging for all items, all items were clearly in brand new condition, even had receipts for some proving purchased within 30 days. All items rang up when scanned at checkout proving they stock all the items. Petsmart would not reimburse cash as I paid by debit card, they wouldn't refund back to my debit card as my bank had reissued my bank card with a chip. (Their policy is only to refund cash to same card used to purchase) All I could get was a store gift card, and only for the items I had a receipt for. I will never step foot in this store or it's other stores located in other areas. The markup is insane, they're not losing money, my ten year old spent his hard earned money to purchase items that worked less than desired. I spoke to the manager to no avail. This is a ridiculous standard for a pet store. I'll happily purchase only from PETCO or AMAZON only if I can verify PETSMART is not affiliated with AMAZON purchases from now on. I normally spend $50-100 per month at this pet retail for goods I can purchase elsewhere for sometimes up to 50% less expensive....... AND I have to put up with a super strict return policy?!?! Store employees were friendly and knowledgeable. They were helpful but not pushy. I took my dog to their grooming department for the first time and he loved it. He looked awesome. They offer spray on temporary tattooing. My kids loved how our dog's tattoo looked. The groomers were very friendly and caring as well. My dog has already had training but I talked to the trainer Kasie when I was there and she was great. If our dog needed training I would definately take a class from her. This is the friendliest Petsmart I've ever been to. Every employee we saw was smiling and greeted us. It's hard to find a place to shop these days where the environment is pleasant during the whole shopping experience. I would highly recommend shopping at this Petsmart! read more
