Macaroni had his first introductory day at Camp Bow Wow which was FREE (wow) to make sure that he wasn't aggressive with the other dogs. As a new doggy mama I wasn't sure how he would do or even if I could trust complete strangers but I'm so glad I did. Thank you for taking care and wearing out my overactive puppy. So, I was quite anxious about boarding them to begin with and really felt at ease about leaving them with cbw when i looked them up and during their trial day. My only complaint is that when we picked our babies up my girls butt was caked in poop. Dried and fresh. This is a HUGE no in my book. I recieved texts during their interview when my boy threw up and text during their boarding that she had a little blood in her stool. I was never informed that she had poop stuck in her fur on her butt. I would have happily paid extra for them to wash her butt off or even do a grooming bath service. I think it is absolutely unacceptable to send someone's dog home with their bottom covered in poop.

He goes & gets groomed once a month & is always so excited to be there. I left him overnight for the first time since he's been born this last Friday. The boarding prices are great & they offer playtime as well! I picked up my dog & he was happy & looked like he had a great time. There were glowing reviews on google for Cedar Canyon and when I talked to Cori on the phone, I was put at ease. I knew my dog with her multiple pills, chews, and her special pet food preparations would be in good hands. I checked in a couple of times while we were on our trip and they gave me updates. On NYE when folks in the area started shooting off fireworks, (despite the burn ban) Cori gave our pup calming chews for anxiety. Boarding fees are straight forward and based on weight. Ours was $26 a day x 9 days, and we added three play times per day at $2.00 per play time. I also asked for a nail trim and that was $15.00. Total bill was $255. Seeing our pup in good spirits when I picked her up let me know this is a great place and they take care of the pets in their care well.
