Dishonest. Bait and switch. Avoid! Responded to email…read moresolicitation for Travers to by my vehicle. Received confirmation in writing (text message from sales rep who I spoke to on the phone also) of a range for value of the vehicle pending their inspection. It unfortunately lost a $10 relay in their parking lot during inspection causing a temporary starting issue but that was promptly addressed and the vehicle subsequently ran great. They made a final-offer $1800 below the low end of the range *committed in writing* (text message) but couldn't tell me anything wrong with the vehicle and would not honor their commitment. This was a 1.5 hour drive each way. Don't waste your time and effort on a dealership that practices dishonest sales like this.

After the negotiations we bought our 2018 Jeep Wrangler from them. The vehicle had 15,000 miles on it when we bought it. The salesman told us it had the balance of the manufacture warranty on it so what could go wrong. We started having an issue with the Jeep so we took it in to Lou Fusz and had them look it it. We were told that the vehicle was bought out of Canada and had NO warranty on it. I repeat NO warranty on it. I should have went with my gut but I didn't. So I have a vehicle with no warranty on it. Avoid this place. They will do anything and say anything. Very disappointed.

But the fact that they will fraudulently pass inspections is another level of insane. I searched for cars for months, looking for the perfect combo of low miles and decent price. I came across a ton with super high miles and I was trying to stay under $8000. This was my 16 year old daughters first car. It is a single family household so getting something for her fell all on my lap. So I wanted to get her something that would last. I found this PT Cruiser, it had under 20k miles and was right at the $8000 mark. I felt that at the very least, the car was a garage car that was lightly used and would need items replaced that were just old. That was ok with me. The customer service was great, I had my own financing. They brought the car too me and to get paper signed. Mike the GM did this himself. I thought it was a nice touch! This was in November 2022. My daughter started having issues almost immediately with the car. Burning smells, brake lights coming on (after 7 weeks) , heat not working, clunking. I had someone do a quick check over the car when I first got it, but after a month or so of issues, I took it to the shop. I was faced with $3700 worth of repairs. $2600 of which were ALL SAFETY issues! The shop let me know that the car could never have passed inspection and someone surely turned the other way when passing it. The struts were also blown, this was a $1100 repair, and I ended up having them do work for both the safety issues and the struts. I titled and registered a car that had a fraudulent safety inspection. I contacted the dealer, I spoke to Mike a few times. He tells me Midas does their inspections and I let him know there is no way it could pass. The list was extensive and were mainly brake issues. He keeps pushing me off saying he will look into it. Asked for my paperwork from the mechanic and I sent that. He will not respond to emails. Will not return phone calls. He is now dodging me. I told him I would give him time to resolve this and reimburse me for some of the cost, specifically the safety issues that should have been addressed prior to selling the car and that I will assume the cost of the struts. Now, I have to report them to DOR, MO Highway Patrol and a few other agencies that investigate inspection fraud. I also have to see my options with a Consumer Protection Attorney. The part that bothers me the most is I told them this was for my teen daughter. My baby could have been seriously harmed over safety issues. She has transported her 3 year old sister to school on several occasions. I can not imagine if something would have happened to them both because they sold me a car with a list of safety issues. I have attached a copy of the document from my mechanic showing highlights of the safety issues.

I had an appt there to have the gps box removed I towed the vehicle there because of bad plates and a slight cooling leak my appt was at 9am I pulled the car off the tow bed and infront of the service bay I saw the mechanic that was working on the car handed him the key he drove the car away I sat there for 3 hours waiting in the lobby finally after 3 updates the manager stated that the car would not run because the key was bad! The key was fine when I gave it to him the manager said it was a bad key but when I talked to the tech he told me the car wouldn't start after he took the box off then they key problem happened after words! So long story short they damaged the vehicle after they removed the gps box cut off unit then lies and tried to cover it up by breaking the key! Then after I confronted them about it he told me the car never ran or drove and why did I tow it up there I guess the car magically teleported from the tow truck to the bay absolute scam artist! I have the car now with a partner shop to see what wires they messed up taking the gps unit off absolutely avoid this place like Covid predatory scam artists! They say its to cut cost for the company which i understand but if its not working, its time to move to the next option!! The shop wanted to use a rebuilt transmission from the beginning, this should have been allowed. I pay good money for this policy! I am beyond frustrated with my experience with Endurance. I purchased a policy for my 2016 Cadillac…read morethree years ago, believing I had reliable coverage. However, when my transmission started slipping, Endurance 'closed' the claim based on a technicality that feels intentionally designed to avoid paying out. They claimed I missed a transmission fluid change at the 45,000-mile mark, citing "extreme use" driving conditions. Here is why their decision is completely unjustified: Lack of Transparency: At no point during the sign-up process was I told texas was classified as "extreme" due to heat or city driving. If this was a requirement for my specific location, it should have been clearly disclosed. Ignoring Vehicle Usage: This isn't even my primary car! It's a low-mileage vehicle used mostly for small-town driving and occasional trips. Applying an "extreme use" maintenance schedule to a car that is barely driven is ridiculous. Contradicting Local Experts: I consulted three independent mechanics here in my area, and all of them agreed that a 60,000 to 100,000-mile interval is the standard for this region. Endurance is essentially making up their own rules that go against professional mechanical advice just to save themselves money. Additionally, the person who was assigned claims would not even engage with me. They only engaged through the mechanic, which is extremely frustrating. I asked them to deny the claim rather than close it so it would be easier to take further action, but they wouldn't. They said they closed it because I could not provide documentation that I had the transmission fluid changed at 45K miles, even though I told them four times it was not changed because it was not due to be changed. It is clear that Endurance looks for any excuse to deny a claim, even when you've followed reasonable maintenance patterns. Save yourself the headache and the money--do not trust this company with your vehicle.
