I also love the structure, having two people per station and the ability to reserve your spot every 10 minutes keeps things flowing and never overcrowded. Time flies when you're there. The coaches are amazing. I've tried several of them already, and they all strike the perfect balance between guiding your form and giving you the space to do your thing. As someone who doesn't enjoy big, traditional gyms, I can honestly say I'm so happy I joined. I'm genuinely impressed and actually look forward to my workouts here. The classes are difficult but only as challenging as you make it because it's strength training -- if you're not in the mood one day, you can push yourself a little less. There are 5 stations and then a bonus optional station. There are videos sent to your app before the class as well as screen instructions during the class and a floor coach to help you through the exercises. It's a great way of learning how to do new exercises in a gym if you're new to weight lifting. I was scared of a lot of gym equipment and now I feel like I could workout in the gym on my own thanks to the techniques I learned at glutehouse Everything is top of the line and the gym itself is really beautiful. There are so many little touches to make it cute and peach-y :) My only complaint is that you can only do it 2 times a week so even if you get a membership, you need to supplement with other workouts. I personally like doing cardio on my off days but it's definitely pricy as a gym if you have to do a lot separately outside of the classes

When I tell you that after our first session together my legs burned in places that I had forgotten to use in FOREVER! It's been a while since I've tried a new workout and this one was definitely completely new. They are also on ClassPass so I used the info I saw there on how to get there. It's petty clear although parking under the trees when there were no other cars left me wondering which tree. Isaac, the instructor was probably laughing at me as a tried to "straighten" out my parking spot on a gravel road under a tree but when I stepped out to the trampoline tennis court he put me at ease that my car was fine. I happened to be the only one in that class so I got a nice personal introduction. While I expected it to be challenging and was expecting cardio I didn't anticipate the challenge of isolating muscles and building a rhythm to get the trampoline bouncing. Working out in the sun was also a challenge but is a great option for people wanting to return to workout classes but are still unsure about the pandemic. Isaac was great and brought me my water bottle I had left on the ground during breaks as well as a paper towel when sweat got in my eyes. I recommend bringing a towel because you will sweat. Isaac did provide bug spray which proved effective. Class is only 30 minutes but you get a great workout in that time! Doubt I could have done much longer! I'm glad I got that one on one introduction but looking forward to taking this class with others in the future.

I love fitness and I've been working out for the better part of my life, so I speak from a place of experience when I say this is a KILLER workout. The trainers are fun and fit, Ed is great, and if you want to, you'll push your limits and get in great shape. I can already see that my cardio has improved after only a few weeks. And, not for nothing, I also usually do Crossfit classes. But today, Ed tailored the workout to use heavy weights and I probably got a better lifting workout in than I would have if I'd gone to a Crossfit class. Give this place a try. Plyometrics, TRX fitness bands, ropes, sled pulling, stairs, medicine ball action, sledge hammer against giant tires. So after passing by a few times, I got Stan's card and set up some sessions with him. The training is awesome (and super affordable). We work out outdoors, he always brings along a variety of gear and equipment to create a series that'll run for the 45 minutes to an hour long. If you're a fan of cross-fit, Stan's private training will certainly appeal to you. Better yet, he's a cool guy with a background in training MMA athletes, and a former head trainer at now defunct South Beach Gold's Gym. I've been really happy with the results and the challenges Stan sets up and highly recommend him to anyone looking to break the standard gym mold.
