Fit2Ripped. It's the gym that keeps the body guessing. The instructors don't mention the workout until you arrive. It's a love/discipline type of gym. The workouts are killer, you will be out of breath within each round of a workout. Yeah I am not a personal trainer, but increasing the heart rate to 170 here and there definitely attracts full body results. Be warned it's not easy when you start. But give it 2-3 months and your body will mold to the constant intensity in these workouts. And if you don't like to workout in classes, there is open gym. The gear is well kept and gym stays sanitized and cleaned. Unicorns do Exist, that's the motto! read more

Coach Mar and Alex are great at what they do! My 2 boys attend their 5:30 strength and agility class. This class has allowed them to get so much better at balancing, agility, and creating better mind/ body connection. Every training is unique, which is why my boys love training with both coaches. I recommend them to all parents, not only because it helps your kids, but you also feel involved in everything they do. Thank you both for everything you do! read more

Tried out F2R for the first time today. Really awesome place! The staff and members were very welcoming. Alex and his staff really focus on strength training and making sure you are lifting/exercising safely with proper form and technique. As a physical therapist, I can appreciate the attention to detail and education they provide. Workout was tough, but felt great after. Really enjoyed my first workout, looking forward to going back, highly recommend! read more

We were looking for a gym our daughter (11) could go to and receive some personal training mainly because of sports being cancelled this year but now its to augment what she is getting there. She started with Alex but has been with Erin for the last few months. The trainers here are absolutely amazing with her and walk her through all the workouts, making it easy for her to understand. Her strength and endurance has drastically increased and she is loving it. I joined the gym shortly after our daughter did. I was hesitant at first because it looks like a crossfit gym and that's not really my thing. But after talking with Alex and going a few times that thought faded. I love going to this gym. The equipment is well maintained and the customers and staff are awesome. I haven't gone to a class yet but they are always packed and look like a ton of fun. I have noticed marked improvements in my strength and abilities. I would recommend this gym to anyone who is looking to get out of the "traditional" gym setting and also not wanting a strict Crossfit gym. read more

The best vibe ever. I've been to so many gyms and nothing beats the community vibe like F2R. I've been craving social interaction for a long time thanks to the issues in the world I've the last two years. This class atmosphere is perfect. These workouts are perfect for anyone interested! You can go at your own pace but you'll most certainly be pushed to your limits. Lots of fun equipment! read more

Fit 2 Ripped has been nothing less than a five star experience thus far. If I could give it more stars, I definitely would. Everyone has been extremely welcoming from day one and pushes each other to get the most out of each workout. Alex is a phenomenal trainer and takes the time to help each individual understand their body and perfect the form of each exercise to maximize the results. Highly recommend joining in on the fun and pushing yourself beyond your limits. read more

*please ignore the one stars there not rating the gym itself only attempting to defamat the place due to there personal opinion on being a follower. * This gym has been around for quite a bit. I know the owner personally and he is a great business man and trainer as well as a good freind. This gym will push past your limits as well as teach new things you may not know. If you want to get in shape, whatever shape you want, this is the place. Give them a shot before listening to people that havent, be your own judge. read more

WOW! Let me start by saying I am so proud to be a member of this gym! I have been a member for about 2 years now, but especially through this year of 2020 the owner Alex and staff have showed me how much they really care about their customers. Alex has constantly provided even through these crazy times, doing everything he can to keep us healthy and strong. From writing home workouts for us, to lending his equipment for us to workout at home with, to scheduling out times of the gym so that you can workout in small numbers. He has really gone above and beyond for the members of his gym! The workouts are fun, always different, and always challenging you to be better than you were yesterday, no matter your level. I like his mindset behind the workouts because they are great for strength and conditioning, yet we rarely get hurt or injured. Very balanced, and perfect for making you a beast! Alex has created not just an awesome gym but an awesome family of gym goers that are here for each other, to workout together, inspire each other, and be there for each other during crazy times. You are not only getting a gym when you sign up at Fit 2 Ripped, but an awesome fit fam! Thank you Fit 2 Ripped!!!! read more

Listen, keeping it real with you...I'm old. My knees sometimes creak. I haven't been invested in my fitness in awhile, but going to Fit 2 Ripped gym has changed my perspective a lot. Alex is a personable human being, he's going to push you, but in a positive way. He pushes you to want more for yourself, he pushes you to find your drive, and he doesn't ignore you when you say, look, I'm old and I have creaky knees. Fit 2 Ripped is an excellent gym! As an Athletic Trainer I know there are plenty of gym out there teaching incorrect form, inappropriate strength programs, or not providing any help at all. Fit 2 Ripped was not only super welcoming but also educated the group on how to do each exercise and what each exercise was good for/working towards which I thought was a great component to have! The workout itself was written very well with each exercise complimenting each other. Corrections to form were given if needed, and they were very supportive throughout the workout! Definitely going to be sore the next day but a great gym and class read more

An outstanding facility in the area the best I would say. I have taking several training sessions with Alex. A very diverse knowledgeable individual. He is very strict and won't let you slack. The kind of accountability that some of us need. I'm very thankful for the opportunity to have taken one of his Mobility clinics. The way he conducted this clinic it was very structured, organized, informative, and most importantly effective. You should try it. Follow them on social media @fit2ripped. See it and try it for yourself. You'll love it. ;) read more

I've been coming here for about a year and a half , and i keep coming back not just because of the workouts but the people, everyone is a family here and I always end up leaving feeling way better than when I came in. Highly recommend this gym!! read more

I just had my first workout here and I can repeat the sentiments of what has been said. Class size tends to be smaller so the trainers can focus more on the students. This is a cardio and strength training type gym where you are switching workout stations every few minutes. The workouts are high intensity and your arms will feel like jello at some point. The head guys here Rod and Alex were very welcoming and I also met a few students who were also very welcoming as well. The community here has a good vibe about it. I have been to a few gyms in the past where egos run amuck and it sorta ruins any motivation to go workout. This is a positive environment where you can focus getting in shape and have fun. They have Groupon deals online to get your feet wet first. I am definitely coming back for more. Highly recommend trying this place out. read more

Went in today for a free, YES FREE, shoulder clinic. The place was packed!!!! Alex was so well versed and ensured we understood proper shoulder movement and issues before guiding us through some corrective exercises. Walking away from this session I not only feel more empowered- but my shoulder felt better - now I have some tools to prevent injury and/or surgery in the future. Great spot! Lots of support from the staff and Gunny (the mascot) makes this place the place for all Unicorns. read more

I started at Fit 2 Ripped about 4 months ago and could not have imagined that in such a short time I would be accomplishing goals I planned to spend the year working on. The workouts are never the same day to day. To me, the focus seems to be more on mastering a physical skill/technique rather then just tracking weight loss or muscle gains as a measurement of success. This has shifted the way I see my daily grind in such a positive way. As a result I am pushing harder, lifting heavier and attempting things I never dreamed I could do. This is not to say that my husband isn't noticing all the hard work. :) (Sorry.. TMI haha) The F2R coaches are honestly the best I have experienced at the different gyms I have tried over the years. They each have their own style of motivating and teaching along with being incredible inspirations to the whole community. Now that I have mentioned community.. This is a true fitfam! The support and encouragement from everyone here is just one more thing that really sets this gym apart. Hearing people rooting for you when you are struggle with that last rep or last 100 meters is just what you need to push to the next level. I could not recommend Fit 2 Ripped highly enough! read more

Really liked this gym. I think it has potential to be a great gym. The only issue is the mixed equality of the trainers. Specifically a trainer named Mark. I wish Mark had the same coaching expertise as Alex. He should inspire to be a leader and coach as per Alex. Mark is a tad bit lazy and doesn't bother to pay attention to the members. You have get Mark's attention and ask him to help guid you, That's only if you even realize or feel you might be doing something wrong. On the other hand Alex is one of the best trainers Iv ever met in general. Fit 2 Ripped deserves 5 stars just on Alex himself. Unfortunately I need to give an overall score based on their full team. If their going to keep inexperienced trainers on their team, the least they could do a post everyone's schedule. At least then we'd have the option to avoid the bad trainers. Unfortunately I don't have the money to spear only to have every other session be mediocre. I'd love to come back someday. Needs some improvement. read more
