I dropped in to do a workout while spending a short vacation here in San Diego. I picked this box not only because they had a well designed website, a store to purchase merch, the staff was well qualified, but because I liked the logo. Also, they take Venmo. The gym was complete with all of the standard equipment, well designed and a sufficient amount of space. Coach Sam did a fantastic job leading the class. He started with a warmup that intentionally included stretching and movements that we would be using in the workout. In addition, we went through all of the scaling options for some of the movements which really helped me know where I was before starting the WOD. Sam was very attentive encouraging me, making sure I had all of the equipment I needed and that I understood the workout. Incidentally he does this for everyone and not just because I looked lost. The workout was challenging yet doable (looking at scaling options really helps) so I was able to get through without killing myself. The members of the class were very friendly, (it was a pretty full class for 6:00 AM) encouraging me throughout the WOD and congratulating me when it was over. This is an awesome box, I highly recommend trying it out, if I lived in the area, this would be my box of choice!!! read more

The community at Mighty is welcoming, tight-knit and extends beyond the walls of the gym. This family feel is something that I haven't experienced through any other fitness community. After a three year hiatus from CrossFit, I found my way back to Mighty and I'm so grateful. Being back at Mighty this past year has enriched my life in so many ways beyond fitness. Not only do I run faster, lift heavier and look and feel healthier than I did a year ago, I am happier than I've been in quite some time. I've rekindled old friendships and made new ones. It's these relationships that I appreciate most of all. It's the family vibe that keeps me coming back day after day to suffer through the WOD alongside friends. We share in each other's successes, and lift each other up (quite literally) at other times. The dog-friendly, kid-friendly, challenging, constantly varied, fun, welcoming environment at Mighty feels like home, and is a place of respite after a long work day. read more

My favorite thing about Mighty is the stress on importance of warming up/priming the body for the workout we're going to conduct. Then immediately followed by warming to your working weight, IF weight is used for the workout. Which brings me to my next favorite thing; you don't have to be the strongest or most experienced lifter to have awesome workouts at Mighty. There's always awesome aerobic workouts supplemented in with the anaerobic workouts. No matter your goals, I already know Mighty will get you there! read more

I am ashamed that It took me this long to write a review. Mighty has changed my life in so many positive ways. As a female and being Asian you were suppose to look a certain way, skinny thighs, no butt, petit all around. I truly can be honest with you guys.. I hated how I look for so many years. I thought I was a woman with too much of a man body type (I was told by Vietnamese/Chinese family member) I tried everything.. running, hot yoga, going to the gym and pretended I knew how to use those weird machines that could had injury me since I wasn't doing it properly. Since I became a member I had better knowledge about my fitness and nutrition, everyday is a learning experience. Mighty help me with my confidence on who I am and accepting my body as it is. The best part is the Mighty coaches, they are amazing.. coach Ace- you can see his passions from his coaching and it's always consistent. His loved with wanting to help other on their weakness really shows. I seen him do miracles with members that thought this is the end for them. From a client that pulled a muscle from throwing a ball because he has no flexibility, to doing a pull up with no problem. I also seen him help so many people lose weights that they thought would be impossible. He doesn't see any weakness in a person, he does see possibilities. He really has the patience and touch of a god. We need more coaches like him in the CF communities. He also in time is a major goofball.. it help make the class more fun. Coach Sarah- what do you not love about her..! She driven to help members to push themselves but also be safe. She cares about their needs and will accommodate the workout if their is any movement they can't do. Her gymnastic class has help so many people do the impossible. She also has the cutest frenchie (Dunken). Sarah such an inspiration to everyone in Mighty to get better and do better. Mighty's community- the greatest group of people you will ever meet. They're not the typical kind of CF community, they are your neighbor, nurses, doctors, lawyers, students and parents.. they are everyday people just want to come and have a great workout after a hard day.. in time yes we will drink a beer or two across the building at Bay city, and yes we do eat carbs and a couple donuts in time! But that's what make Mighty's so great.. we are all real people! Been in mighty for 5 years, and with two pregnancies and still going strong. Mighty's is my second home sweet home. read more

Mighty Crossfit isn't just a gym, it's a community. Great people, great support system, great place! Instructors take time for individuals, to work on your form, and to decide what programming is best for you. I cannot put into words how much I've gained from Mighty! I was so intimidated by CrossFit until I met with Coach Ace! I was hooked after my first session and haven't looked back since. The coaches are all so full of knowledge, it's incredible. The environment isn't just a gym... it really is a family vibe. Everyone is encouraging of one another. The coaches have all been so patient with me while I've learned and they've kept me excited to continue on my CrossFit journey. The gym is set up nicely and always so clean! The class schedule has something for everyone's schedule. If you're looking for a gym wether you're a CrossFit pro or beginner this is the right place to be. All the gym goers are always smiling and friendly which is an added bonus! Great location and close to the freeway. I drive from East County because I love the vibe at Mighty that much! read more

Absolutely love this place. If you're new to crossfit (or experienced), you need to come here. I had never done Crossfit before and was super nervous but Ace & Sam worked with me to assess my baseline and scale the workout to what I was capable of. They are very thorough with warm ups and work with you individually to learn new skills. As soon as you join this gym, everyone is incredibly welcoming and encouraging. This gym is very affordable, especially compared to other Crossfit gyms in the area. I have learned so much at this gym and can not recommend it enough. read more

I am new to Crossfit and was a little apprehensive at first. I thought at 50 it would be too difficult and I was sure to hurt myself. Boy was I wrong! Mighty Crossfit has been life changing. I feel amazing in all aspects of my life and I'm so pleased with the results. Ace is an incredible coach who pays close attention to everyone in the class. Even in a class setting, he provides solid one on one instruction and immediately notices if your form is off and always encourages your to push yourself. He remembers what you can and can't do and tailors to individual strengths and weaknesses. For me, it's been so beneficial as I'm learning a completely different mode of workout. Furthermore, everyone in the class encourages each other - very motivational. Sarah is also a great coach and her knowledge, strength and gymnastic abilities are so impressive. Bottom line, whether you're a Crossfit guru or total novice, go talk to Ace and check out Mighty Crossfit - I highly recommend it for anyone and everyone! read more

I absolutely love it here... If you guys want to check out this box I highly suggest it. Its small, quaint, but with great coaching and HIP HOP music! LOL... Ace is a great owner/coach and I had the pleasure to get some OLY love from Coach Tom Monday afternoon!!! I really hope OLY is something this box incorporates because I would love to continue working with Coach Tom!!! Coach Rob was amazing, very informative and walks around and has an eye on each athlete there. I enjoyed it here and can't wait to play again!!! read more

Mighty CrossFit has changed my life and the way that I work out forever. Before joining Mighty CF, I was an avid runner and had a 24 hour fitness membership that I never really used. I found myself bored and unmotivated when in came to getting up and going to the gym in order to cross train...I mean putting on a pair of running shoes and going was just so much easier for me. After realizing how much I needed strength training in order to be a more balanced athlete, I started researching CF gyms in the San Diego area. I have a couple of friends that knew Ace and told me about the gym he was starting. I dropped in for a class one night and I've been hooked ever since. Ace is very welcoming and attentive to all of his clients, whether you're an experienced cross fitter, a cardio junkie (like I was), or just trying to get yourself into a place where you can make positive change. The community at Mighty CF is also outstanding with everyone being super supportive and encouraging. I now look forward to CF 3-4 times a week and am disappointed when I'm unable to be at the gym because of work or other commitments. I've also been able to dramatically decrease my running during the week but still see improvements in endurance and speed during my long weekend runs. I love that I no longer need to run 50 miles a week in order to train for a marathon. If you're thinking about joining a CF gym, this is it! Stop reading and come join us for a workout. You won't regret it! read more

Might is becoming a second family. I'm new to crossfit and was extremely hesitant to join because I had no crossfit experience and I wasn't in the best shape of my life. I finally decided to give mighty a try at the recommendation of a friend. I did a free one on one with Ace, the owner and lead coach. I told him my goals, my limitations, and my expectations. I've been going to the gym for a few months now and I am amazed at how far I've come. The other gym members are so helpful and very supportive. If you're thinking about crossfit or want to try something new to get fit or stay fit or if you're looking for a new crossfit gym, Mighty is the place to go! read more

I've visited many Crossfits. Roughly 6 of them. I used to be a member of another Crossfit close by, but I never felt the trainer and owner were about the members. More just about the money and girls. Ace the trainer/owner allowed me to try a free session. I told myself before going into his class that I was gonna try 2 or 3 in the area before signing up. Thankfully I didn't have to do that. The gym is fully stocked and Ace is OCD so he keeps it very clean, organized, and all the equipment works. I also like how the gym is not in a high traffic area. So when we do our WOD (work out of the day) I don't have to worry when we run that I'm gonna get rundown by cars. I don't have any children myself but it should be noted that he also has a play area safe for younger kids. The combination of professionalism, cleanliness, instructions, clientele, and location make this a no brainer for me. I'm sure you'll love it too!!! read more

I love this place! Everytime I go in for the workout I feel welcome no matter how many new faces I meet! I highly recommend this gym for anyone! Highly skilled, or just starting like I am. I wish I can give them 10 stars! Ok so my first day I was not having it, the workout was super hard, I could barely pick up the girl bar and I puked my guts out after the first WOD... 4 months later I'm squatting 155, running faster/longer, and kicking some serious ass! BAM! Working out has never been this fun and the peeps who workout here are super awesome! We did whole30 as a group and it was a blast, completely changed the way I eat :) Check this place out if you're looking to get it right get it tight! read more

I found Mighty through a friend, but I always thought that I was too weak to commit to CrossFit. When she finally convinced me to go, I instantly fell in love. Mighty is an awesome place where your commitment won't allow you to fail. The coaches won't allow you to fail--Ace has been known to call you out for missing a day or two. I love that! :) Ace and team are AMAZING. I think the biggest reservation when starting something like CrossFit is that there's an intimidating stigma; but you won't find that at Mighty. A lot of boxes are competitive and value only lifting heavy, pushing yourself too far, and sending as many people to the games as possible; but at Mighty, you'll find that Ace and team value technique, proper form, and encouragement as top priorities. They'll get to know you, your fitness background, your strengths and weaknesses; and then they'll make you the best version of yourself. Not only are the coaches incredible motivators, but you'll also find that the community at Mighty is full of people that will help push you faster, farther, and will support you every step of the way. There's every walk of life in the gym at any given time, and every athlete is willing to help out whenever needed. I think that's one of the most valuable assets at Mighty--nobody takes themselves too seriously, and the gym is always full of people cracking jokes, high-fiving, and cheers. And, on top of all that, I've seen fantastic results in my body from pushing myself! The continued fitness programs are well-thought through, and are designed to help push, develop, and increase a myriad different areas. As an ex-soccer player, I always thought my stamina and fitness ability was pretty damn good--until I came to Mighty. Be prepared to work hard, sweat lots, and find muscles you never thought you had (seriously, WHERE DID THAT COME FROM). I love it. Five stars, easy for Mighty--for the community, for the awesome staff, and for the effin' awesome results. read more

When I first arrived to Mighty Crossfit in August of 2012, I was at a beginner maybe slightly intermediate level of fitness. I had been crossfitting for almost a year, but mostly under very limited instruction and at gyms that were more interested in getting you in and out the door than seeing gains and focusing on individual progress of the masses vice the elite cliques. Mighty Changed my Life. Ace, the owner/primary trainer immediately welcomed me in. there was no "trial" or audition to prove my worthiness. it was simply an introduction, a couple questions about my comfort level and a welcome hand. Since that first day, Ace has worked with me in classes and individually on the off days I happen to be in the gym by myself to consistenly improve my athletic ability. I've seen incredible gains in my olympic and power lifts, shorter times in the WODs, and best of all the entire gym is a family. From the fastest/strongest to the slowest, everybody roots eachother on. I've been to 3 other crossfit gyms and I'll tell you there is not another like Mighty. Every week is strategically planned to keep you improving without injury, and every workout is built up appriately. Ace or the trainer running the class will walk you through the warm up, focusing on specific things that will translate over to that days WOD, then you will practice the movements of the WOD. getting familiar and ensuring the highest level of proficiency. It never gets boring, and changes all the time. Bottom Line, Ace and Mighty Crossfit is hands down the best gym in Southern California. No other gym is even on the same playing field. See you in the box, Steve read more

This might be my first review, but this place totally deserves it! This place is awesome. Ace is the coolest and is very knowledgable. He's always keeping an eye out for your form and is very supportive and motivating. The members are a diverse group of super cool, easy going and motivated people! Everyone is really supportive of each other and there's a lot of camaraderie being built. Best of all, everyone is at different places physically, but the workouts can still apply to everyone thanks to scaling. Before joining Mighty Crossfit I was at 24 Hour and I had just gotten bored of doing the same routines over and over. Being a zombie and not interacting when I got there was also killing it for me. Being at Mighty Crossfit is completely different. Every day is a different workout and people are constantly pushing and supporting each other. It's a very social workout if that makes any sense. Definitely worth checking out if you're thinking about doing Crossfit!!! read more

Whether you are looking to try CrossFit out for the first time ever or just want to try a new CrossFit gym, definitely come to Mighty!! After taking a long hiatus from CrossFit after an injury I was nervous to start again. I felt completely comfortable and safe at Mighty. The coaches helped me to build my strength back up while always paying attention to and correcting my form, but they also knew my limits and encouraged me to do more when they knew I was capable of it. Joining a new CrossFit gym can be intimidating but I felt at home at this gym right away. There's members of a wide range of fitness level and everyone is very friendly and welcoming. The small class sizes also make it easy to get to know the other members. Don't hesitate to give Mighty a try, you won't be disappointed! read more

Mighty SD - Coach Ace gettin' down. - Interval Training Gyms Near Me - San Diego, California

I started my on ramp in November, spent all of December travelling (pilot) and really didn't start any sort of routine till early January 2016. I can't tell you how motivating it is when your coach (in my case Ace) calls you or texts you just to check in, and push you to get back in the gym. He doesn't make money by having me there, I pay monthly, so his motivation must be either making my life hell for an hour, or watching me improve. Most likely a little of both IMHO. In this first month of training, I've pin pointed weaknesses, learned new movements and had a total paradigm shift in my approach to fitness. As a 31 year old travelling professional, my schedule is rife with uncertainty and sedentary days, and coach Ace has helped me with the process... from telling me where I'm weakest, how to improve, and even texting me the WOD so I can hit up a CF gym if one is near by. The gym members are friendly and motivating with an active community outside of the gym. Its worth every penny! If you're looking for a brosesh type gym, look elsewhere, this gym appears to be motivated by performance enhancement on all levels and achieving personal success inside and outside of the gym. You won't find a better crossfit gym. read more

One of the best decisions I have made is joining Mighty. Coming from a pure runner's background, my journal as an athlete in the realm of Crossfit has been a long and hard one. Thankfully, this gym has great coaches that take the time to not only go over movement standards but go over tips on how to improve on your weakness. What really impressed me about this box is the fact that safety is prioritized over performance/strength/bro-ing. The coaches encourage that technique and mobility be first established before moving heavy weight so that injuries can be avoided. When I first started my Crossfit journey, I was not able to put the 35# barbell overhead or do 5 reps of back squat at 135# . With the guidance of the three coaches (Ace, Sarah, & Thom) I have grown a lot stronger! Finally, the thing that makes Crossfit-ing such a great experience is the people you do the WODs with. Everyone is super friendly and extremely supportive. In conclusion, I will have to say that not only did I find an amazing box, but I also found a family! #IamMighty read more

I consider myself lucky that I saw the ad for mighty crossfit off the I8 because in just a short time it has changed my perception of working out. Ace and his staff were so knowledgable, friendly, and enthusiastic about crossfit. I've never cared about working out and was always too lazy to go to the gym; mighty crossfit has pushed me in a way that makes me wake up looking forward to going to work out. It's an exciting time in my life and its in thanks to Ace and his mighty crossfit. I strongly recommend everyone to please at least go to the free Saturday class to get a feel of what crossfit is really all about. If you're remotely interested in trying CrossFit, you have to go to Mighty CrossFit! The coaches are second to none and their community is very much a family. People drive from all over San Diego just to train there. Everyone is so supportive. This video says it all - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QHulotgtujU&noredirect=1. I come from a yoga background and dabbled in cross training, TRX, spinning, P90X, etc., but nothing compares to what's going on at Mighty. I'm never bored and every WOD is a challenge. The camaraderie makes it fun and motivating every time I'm there. They also offer yoga to their members. For you women out there, don't believe the misconception that CrossFit will make you gain weight and bulk up - it's soooooooooooo far from the truth! Since March 2013, CrossFit has helped me lose 20+ lbs (between fat loss and gaining lean muscle) and drop several dress sizes. I'm gaining definition, slimming down, and keeping the "right" curves. You don't have to be physically fit already to keep up either. Every WOD has different options whether it's scaling or going full force. During on-ramp, Coach Ace goes over the fundamentals at great detail to make you a better athlete and more importantly to prevent injury. The location is super convenient, too. It's right off of the 8 and Hancock. There's a ton of classes throughout the week, including open box where you can come in to do whatever you want (WOD, work on different skills, etc.). Check out a community class or hit up Coach Ace. You won't regret it. read more

I've been going to Mighty for almost 2 years and I am stronger and more confident than I ever have been. Ace, Bob and Amy are great coaches and always know how to get the most out of me without putting me at risk for injury. They always stress form over load and you are always able to scale a workout based on your limitations. I imagine it is very easy to get intimidated when trying something new but everyone is very friendly and the environment is very welcoming. The community is so supportive and I have made many friends along the way. I cannot recommend this place enough. read more

Starting crossfit in Afghanistan and the crazy family environment we had there, I was very doubtful I could find a gym that mimicked that feeling here in San Diego... Luckily I was wrong. From day one I felt like I was a part of the Mighty family. I've grown as an athlete, rehabbed from a major surgery, and made lifelong friends that push me daily. My 57 year old mother has also been able to start her crossfit journey and become stronger than she's been in years. I trust the coaches to push me but keep me safe. Also, as a female the crossfit environment can sometimes be intimidating and catty... that's not true at Mighty. The girls are strong, but kind. They have become some of my favorite training partners. All said, I love Mighty... best decision I've made. read more

Mighty Crossfit is a great crossfit gym. I'm very happy that they have started offering weight lifting classes focusing strictly on form and weight lifting. It's a great alternative to crossfit if you're not interested. You can do both if you want to as well. Coach Shaye Patel leads the weight lifting and does a great job. If you're looking for weight lifting or crossfit, mighty is a good choice. It's a smaller, friendly gym which I think are good qualities to have. read more

I have to say, it took a lot of convincing to get me to try Crossfit. I consulted multiple people before I even started to think about trying a class. I am very picky when it comes to where I work out. When I walked in to Mighty, I immediately felt comfortable and by the time Icompleted my first WOD I knew I was in love. I have tried pretty much all types of workouts under the sun; Bikrams yoga, Pilates, Muay thai and easily grew bored. But at Mighty Crossfit, I am NEVER bored with my workout!!!! Ace has been the most knowledgeable trainer i have worked with. EVER!! and also the funniest. I used to dread working out, but I look forward to it now. I love this gym. Approachable, Challenging, Inspiring. Best instructors in San Diego. Something new to learn everyday.

I've been searching a Crossfit gym for a couple of months. Trying free week trails and one day trails. I had a Crossfit gym in mind for membership, which Mighty Crossfit was going to be the last gym I wanted to try before going back to the other gym. After my session and talking to the owner, Ace, I knew that this is where I wanted to begin a new healthy lifestyle. Ace is whole hearted and down to earth but a "get it done" trainer. He was great and patient with me. He thrives on proper techniques and positions. He is very passionate about teaching. I felt the difference with his coaching than any other gym and trainers. I now understand the difference and meaning of technique, which I didn't get at any other gyms that I have tried out. This gym and trainers welcome you whether your a newbie or pro. It is spacious and super clean. There's the cutest little mascot ever, Boomer. This gym doesn't make you feel like they just want your money. You feel like a true member and family with this gym. read more

You have to suffer through reading a little about me before you access my review of Mighty but I suppose you can trump me by scrolling down to where it gets relevant. I'll even asterisk it for you. To me, understanding context is essential to a review and in this one it all starts with someone who was built 'athletically' but was never taught the discipline or introduced to an environment that fosters growth in ability and strength. Growing up with an older brother (see: tomboy) I always got away with what I had. I suppose I never wanted more. I was happy with my ability to 'hang' in sports but rarely, and I mean RARELY was I the go-to. Like I said, I got by. It was difficult to dedicate free time to the gym, not when I can be with friends, not when I can be doing something easy and fun. After high school, organized sports (the ones that require scheduled practices) disappeared from my life. Sure, rec was around but it just filled time and slowed the deterioration of the skills that were built in high school. I found Arturo (Ace) in 2011. My co-worker and I agreed to "get in the best shapes of our lives." I remember we stopped by on a Thursday evening thinking that was when the free introductory class was held. You'd understand our surprise when we walked into the gym mid-class. Ace stepped aside and informed us that the free class was held on Saturdays but would be willing to give us the 101 on crossfit after the work out got under way if we wanted to hang around. Looking back I know the type of workout he gave us that night. The feeling of nausea from overexertion only came once to me before that night. It wasn't that the workout was impossible, it was actually exactly what I was looking for--short, intense, gratifying. My body just wasn't used to that type of exercise having only been confined to a treadmill once or twice in a good week. Regardless of the pain, I was in. **START READING HEAR FOR REVIEW** A short concise list of what Mighty has given me since that night; a great supportive community of people with similar goals, great friends, a stronger physique but most importantly, better mental health. Working hard and pushing yourself wasn't something I was familiar with and I've always known my biggest weakness was my mind. Having been coached and encouraged through the workouts given to us allowed me to grow stronger mentally. So many times I've struggled but every time I survived--eventually my mentality shifted. It no longer was "I can't do this." Crossfit isn't any easier for me, its not how sports/fitness works as you're always evolving. Instead, I grew to become hungry for a struggle, it was going to suck but I can't wait to get through it so I can bitch about it with friends and feel like I accomplished something. Do not get intimidated by what you hear or read, do not let all the negative press about how dangerous this category of exercise is. I get that there are gyms out there that put repetition, speed and completion above form and safe practices. It is upon you to find a place that works best for you. Ace has always fixed my form without hesitation. He has always pushed me, but never to a dangerous level because of the knowledge he has about his clients. It's his ability to know when to apply pressure and when to scale back a movement/workout that makes this gym invaluable. Having suffered an injury outside Crossfit (broken clavicle) Ace has catered exercises to bring back my range of motion and strength to relieve aches caused by the injury. His support has made my (multiple) returns to Crossfit possible and much easier than expected. it is in my absolute confidence that I give Mighty five stars. I can't believe how much more knowledgeable, more disciplined I am in dieting and in fitness (especially weight-lifting--all those years I've missed out on!) all of that while having fun and having a group of people that are positive and encouraging. I have another family. Thanks for taking the time out to read this and I hope that it inspires you to go out and find yourself a gym--Mighty's a good place to start. 3 years after finding Ace there is no doubt I'm in the best shape of my life but all that's on my mind now is how can I get better. I have Ace to thank for that change in mentality. read more

Mighty CrossFit changed my life. The short story...I had previously used fitness programs such as Insanity, and P90X. I thought I was happy with them, and wasn't interested in trying anything new. In April of 2013 my wife decided she wanted to try Crossfit and after checking out couple of options, she decided to go with Mighty. Ever since then she started nagging me about joining her to work out. I repeatedly declined, thinking it wasn't for me. It honestly sounded like no fun at all. After 6 months of being recruited by her and the owner Ace I gave in and gave it a shot. Turns out, IT WAS THE BEST DECISION OF MY LIFE (recently). All of the things that held me back from trying it turned out to be the reason I love it. I am certain you will feel the same way if you give Mighty a shot. Ace and the other trainers are amazingly awesome! I can't say enough great things about this box. Whatever level of fitness you are at now is the perfect time to start. Ace and his staff make working out safe and fun for everyone, all ages and fitness levels. There is a great mix of classes too: standard crossfit, olympic lifting, endurance, gymnastics, and competition. I have also made a ton of new friends though Mighty as well. It really feels like a family. I would HIGHLY recommend Mighty to anyone thinking of giving CrossFit a shot, it will change your life too. read more

Mighty Crossfit is a great gym... But what makes it so great isn't just the routine or the equipment (that stuff is also top notch); what makes it such a great place is the people, the training, and the overall support. I have been training with Ace for over two years now, and when I started crossfit all of my workout experience was with standard weight lifting. I basically walked into the gym with no real experience or idea of crossfit. Ace took me under his wing as he does all the members of our gym, and provided excellent personal training on all aspects of crossfit. Since then, my mobility has increased tenfold, and my core, leg strength, as well as cardio have all gone up substantially. I have seen some amazing tranformations of people here over the last few years. Folks who came in with no exercise experience are now showing great skill in olympic lifting, cardio stanima, and weight loss. Like I said before, the people that train here are one of the best things about Mighty Crossfit, and I've made some good friends here. So whether you want to lose weight, get fit, get strong, be a better athlete, or just plain get into shape, the functional training and personal attention you will get while crossfitting here is way better than some fitness club with machines and dumbells. I have learned thru crossfitting that working out is more then benching and curls. A great gym promoting an awesome fitness regime and standard. FIVE STARS read more
