I called Odom's Appliance on 6/1 when I had a large amount of water found on my floor from the freezer. He responded promptly & came out within 1.5 hrs. , but didn't find or fix my problem. He told me a "regulator probably went out & came back on." Every thing in my freezer remained solid & there was frozen ice in the bottom of the freezer & on tops of containers in the freezer. Ice remained in the dispenser bin also. I asked him if this could be related to the ice maker, as that was the only source of possible water in the freezer, & he said no. He thought it was related to the regulator, & because it was working properly then, he would not be able to replace it. He charged me $85 to do nothing. He only looked in the freezer!!! I continued to get ice from the dispenser for almost 2 wks (in the mornings before leaving home & at night when I returned home). On 6/12, I had no more ice in the bin & called him again. He told me he would have to charge me another $85 service fee!! Needless to say, I refused to pay him & called someone else.
