Apex Technical Services was created by our three owners in 2026. Having started our careers working for other appliance repair companies, we felt the market was missing something... honesty. We left our old employers and started Apex with a few core principals that our competitors are lacking. First, we will never try to upsell you on additional services that are not absolutely necessary or beneficial. Second, we will never show up for the first visit then *poof* disappear before the job is complete. Third, we will never hit our customers with hidden costs that are only revealed at the end of service. What we quote is what you pay! Meet the Business Owner: Justin P.
Born in Pensacola, FL, my interest in electronics started from a young age. Raised by my grandfather who was a computer programmer by trade, I was exposed to electronics and computing from birth. After college, I joined the US Army as a Radar Repairman before moving into the military defense industry in 2020 as a Test Technician. While I loved my job there, I was driven to move on by my distaste for sitting behind a desk. I relocated to TN and began my career in appliance repair a few years later. Starting as a technician with a another appliance repair company, I quickly moved up the ladder into a regional position learning as much as possible along the way. In 2026, myself along with our other two founders decided it was time we forge our own path in the industry. Thus, Apex was born. We strive for customer satisfaction above all else. We appreciate each and every person who trusts us with their home appliances in which they rely so heavily on. Thank you for choosing Apex!
