All I really have to say is that Jerod and HTE are the best. Everything looks/works fantastic. The install in the living room is very clean. Jerod took the time to install a outlet inside the cabinet so that no wires would be seen at all and it took the entire room up a notch. The home theatre is everything I had imagined it would be and more. Surround speakers (including rear) and TV elegantly mounted with wires inside the walls. Aside from the obvious technical expertise, Jerod's customer service is fantastic. The TV I had ordered ended up being defective. Jerod returned multiple times to help with the exchange of the TV. He took a lot of pride in making sure he left us with a truly finished product and I really appreciate that! They ran Fiber Optic cable to have our ATT Gateway moved (by ATT) in our home to maximize Wi-Fi reach/strength. They also also moved our home theatre and rerouted cabling for a very clean set up. Once the above tasks were completed, they went through the system with us to make sure everything was functioning properly. Friendly, polite, neat and professional. He listened to what we were looking for and took some measurements, climbed around in the attic and told us he'd be in touch with us soon. A few days later he emailed a proposal of equipment and costs, sticker shock!!! We let him know we hadn't planned on spending so much on this system so he went back to the drawing board and got it more in the ballpark. The crew arrived on time and went to work. We had a strict timeline due to guests coming over that night and they met it! Everything turned out great. The guests enjoyed it too! The sound is awesome...I didn't know what I was missing until now. The guys finished up in the nick of time, literally we finished mopping as the first guest walked up. The crew was very professional, friendly and handled any obstacle with ease.
