I spent over $400 for this "repair" and they only patched it with material that isn't allowed to be used, and did not service the line correctly according to industry standards. Not only that, they broke my garden shovel while digging up the dirt and when I requested a refund, they read my message and left it on read instead of reaching out for a solution or reimbursement.
