From the beginning, it was nearly impossible to get anyone on the phone, and that alone should've been enough to walk away. I chose to support a Black-owned business, hoping to give y'all a chance--but that decision cost me. You sent unqualified, inexperienced people--practically kids--to my brand new home for a job that required skilled professionals. That's completely unacceptable. The holes that were made for the lights are too big the lights they tried to install. They tried to install one light, literally, on top of a vent. And Keith--shame on you for not stepping up. I am so frustrated!!! The 2 gentleman who were here did a beautiful job mounting the new TV, however, they broke a fiber optic wire while pushing the extra wire back into the wall. We have no internet because they will have to rewire from the outside box. I will not be using them again. This TV was a surprise for my husband but it won't be a good one. This company sent me an unwanted text message asking me to find them employees on Saturday. I called and left a message saying I didn't appreciate my personal info being abused, and that the company was so unprofessional, that they thought this text message was a good idea. I get a call at 9 am on Monday from some woman who tells me I left a disturbing voicemail - that alone is a red flag if that woman thought my voicemail was "disturbing". There is nothing wrong with me telling them it is inappropriate to abuse my personal info, and it is pathetic that they would ask people to find them employees. She proudly, and smugly, told me that they have a privacy agreement she claims I agreed to which allows them to abuse my info and send stupid text messages. I then yelled at her, and used a couple of choice words, since she wants to smugly double down on abusing personal info. I hung up and she called right back! That's how "disturbed" she was by the original voicemail I left. That woman was just looking for a fight from the beginning. Period. This is who this company is. had tv installed above the fireplace by this company, on Nov 25,2023 the TV came down crashing, luckily , mount was partially hanging on the wall. The tv wasn't functional as there was damage internally and thank God there were no injuries to anyone. I have contacted the company via email addressing the issue and the response was slow. I had filled out the form as they requested, sent several text messages showing pictures of the wall, mount and the TV itself, now they don't want to take the responsibility for what happened and the owner Keith had not drilled the mount in to the studs and that's the reason mount couldn't hold. I even asked Keith while he was installing, are you sure it's going to hold this heavy TV? he said ''yes.'' Now he is not standing by the work he did. He should have known better, how a TV with 75 inches would hang into the drywall without being drilled into the studs? Being an expert in mounting TVs, I am just appalled how he could do that? Keith installed 3 TVs for us when we moved into our new house. We recently asked him to install a TV for us and after the initial visit he stood us up FIVE times. I just talked to him tonight, He said he would be here at 6pm now at 8 pm a no show, even after I called him and he assured me he was on his way. We have changed plans, held dinner multiple times waiting on him to come and he does not show and even worse lies about it. I allowed him to video tape installations in my house and OUR house is the profile picture on his Facebook page. I am so disappointed because I thought he was an up and coming businessman but good businessmen keep their appointments and do not lie to customers. Such a disappointment. I can only recommend him if you enjoy changing your plans, holding your dinner and being lied to FIVE times. Such a potential business but I can not recommend him to anyone. He says he is busy but so are we. Just do not lie to me on the phone and say you are on the way in 20 minutes and never show. So if you want to do business with someone who doesn't keep his appointments, lies to you and makes you change your plans FIVE time then give him a call. I DO NOT RECOMMEND HIM. If he can't install my TV cool, just be honest and tell me. Definately a ZERO as a business. read more
