Everything looks/works fantastic. The install in the living room is very clean. Jerod took the time to install a outlet inside the cabinet so that no wires would be seen at all and it took the entire room up a notch. The home theatre is everything I had imagined it would be and more. Surround speakers (including rear) and TV elegantly mounted with wires inside the walls. Aside from the obvious technical expertise, Jerod's customer service is fantastic. The TV I had ordered ended up being defective. Jerod returned multiple times to help with the exchange of the TV. He took a lot of pride in making sure he left us with a truly finished product and I really appreciate that! He listened to what we were looking for and took some measurements, climbed around in the attic and told us he'd be in touch with us soon. A few days later he emailed a proposal of equipment and costs, sticker shock!!! We had a strict timeline due to guests coming over that night and they met it! Everything turned out great. The guests enjoyed it too!
