A few days ago our double wall oven stopped heating up so we couldn't use it. Angie quickly responded to our cry for expert help, removed the oven from the wall (without any help and it's heavy), and swiftly diagnosed the problem - a loose wire. Fixed. We recommend Big Bill's without any hesitation and say "Thanks again, Angie ! You provide a 5-star service".

At just before noon on Thursday I received a voicemail message from Angie at Big Bill's indicating she was enroute to my place for the scheduled appointment and to call back to confirm receipt of her message, and which I did within a minute or so of the missed call receiving the message, leaving a voicemail myself that I had gotten it and was awaiting her arrival. When Angie arrived she asked the problem and I repeated the problem from what we discussed Monday when I made the appointment. And, since she was unable to get the dishwasher out from under the counter I did it for her. After only taking down the data plate information for each appliance Angie said "We'll have to see what he says" (without being more specific who he is) and "I will get back with you tomorrow". At this point several facts should be noted: 1. I tried providing Angie with the data plate information when I made the appointment but was told it was not necessary. 2. Angie left the dishwasher completely pulled out from under the counter when leaving. 3. I never received the promised follow up call after Angie talked with "him" the next day (Friday) as promised. 4. Angie seems to think it's perfectly okay for her to park her service vehicle in such a manner that she is blocking my neighbor's driveway (see attached photo from my security camera). Again, absolutely nothing was done other than taking down the data plate information for both appliances and leaving my dishwasher out from under the counter for me to put back. Because of these facts and circumstances I can't recommend Big Bill's to even change a light bulb.

And I quote, "mam Im done being nice to you." Let me start by saying until those words were uttered I was nothing but nice, respectful and professional and simply called a company for repairs to my 3 year old Samsung washer that suddenly stopped spinning clothes out and was dripping. Let me preface. Called for washing repair service. Told them the machine would not spin out and goes off cycle and isnt working properly. He came and eyeball diagnosed and ordered a clutch and came back and installed. That was not the problem so issue continued. He asked me to start it so he could see it running when he came back, and said it needed stabilizers because I told him it was going off balance and that senors blah blah blab and he had to order that BUT WE HAVENT SEEN THOSE YET EITHER. Since he put the clutch on a month ago, my 3 year old Samsung Washing Machine NOW has water filling when its off and wont spin out. He was paid $360 to repair a broken machine he apparently wanted me to diagnose so he would know how to fix it...as the Appliance Expert. Thats literally the company name. Oh and he hung up on me twice during an attempt on my part to ask for a refund AT LEAST for the service call portion since I have not received the service. My 91 yr old MIL handled the initial calls and I took over as it appeared she was not getting anywhere with him. Now we are out a 3 yr old machine which a quick google search has told me it was preventing spinning due to a clogged or restricted drainage line and the water inlet valve has subsequently now broken as well. This man was rude, didnt want to be bothered and unprofessional on all levels. Company is APPLIANCE EXPERT In Orange Beach. Mike is a lovely fellow on the phone
