They have a $39 fee for an appointment (between 8-5) or $59 for a 2 hr window (8-10). They called about 45-60 min before they arrived and their office sent a text with a picture and short bio of the technician. Technician showed up during the window promised (9ish), troubleshot the problem thoroughly explained issues, showed me options and installed new hot water heater pretty quickly. Plumber was friendly, polite and explained what the problems were before the repair. Very happy with completed job. I will call them in the future

He diagnosed the problems for both appliances and gave me reasonable costs to repair. The surge blew out the control boards on both alliances, which is an expensive part to replace, so due to the costliness of the repairs, I decided to put that money toward new ones. Although he didn't make the repairs, Mike was professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to do business with. I recommend him and will call him again if and when I need an appliance repairman. I pay them a fee that also include it the cost of the part fast forward to April 23 they have yet to fix my washer every time not called they say the part is not in I don't understand what's going on The people in the office that I have spoke to several times have not given me information of why it's taking longer than normal. and does not take a month and a half for a part to come in. very disappointed I wish they would just give me my money back so I can hire someone else.
