The employees :Tina, Cindy, & Terry are all wonderful people who will go out of their way to help and they are never too busy to listen to a customers concern or even an interesting anecdote. Miss Cindy and Tina also have interesting anecdotes as well if you can slow them down enough to share them. And then of course there is Chris. The owner and heart of the laundry. I do not know of someone who is so well able to balance kindness and consistency with the rules..rarely , if ebver has a customer walked away from speaking with Chris with less than a satisfied smile on their face. I do appreciate them letting me be charged with their CC machine because their machine to get coins was down but they should provide customer with $.25 cents worth coins not $1 to not steal from customers. The surge blew out the control boards on both alliances, which is an expensive part to replace, so due to the costliness of the repairs, I decided to put that money toward new ones.
