Anthony was here a little after 8am. He was extremely professional, thorough and informative. He explained everything he was doing and even took the time to answer my general "how it works" questions. He identified the problem and had it fixed right away. After the unit was fixed I ask if I should go ahead and have the maintenance while he was there. He checked availability and offered to do it then or come back next week if it was more convenient. I had him go ahead and do it while he was here. We have used another company for the past 5 years with yearly maintenance. Today during the maintenance he found part that had never been cleaned or even looked at because it had been encased by the company that installed it. He removed moved a piece cleaned the pump which was full and starting to store moisture on the floor. If we had called a different company I don't know if they would have been as thorough as Anthony was today. If you need a great AC company that actually cares about it's customers first, this is the one. The prices were definitely fair, no attempt to up sale or offer unnecessary services. He pressure-washed a deck, but it made absolutely no difference. He later admitted that the bottle he thought contained acid actually contained something else, and he didn't even know what it was. Although I do not blame Hembree for this, i DO BLAME Trane! What an inferior product! It is covered by warranty, however, it will not be replaced for a total of 4 days! After reading other reviews, it isn't hard to understand why I would NEVER reccomend this product to anyone!
