We informed him our appt. was not until the 14th and he complained about the scheduling dept. We requested whole house duct cleaning, pus dryer vent cleaning. The tech clamped a hose from the vacuum machine and started the unit stating would take 30 minutes to deep clean. We noticed the hose to the machine was crimped and machine obviously straining as it was not pulling any air from the vents. The tech (Ron) said that was OK, it would still clean but we proved it wasn't working so he said we would only have to pay for the dryer vent cleaning, which he had only collected about a hand full of lint from. So we paid for that ($79). We would definitely not use this service again. Very poor value and waste of our time and money.

Anthony was here a little after 8am. He was extremely professional, thorough and informative. He explained everything he was doing and even took the time to answer my general "how it works" questions. He identified the problem and had it fixed right away. After the unit was fixed I ask if I should go ahead and have the maintenance while he was there. He checked availability and offered to do it then or come back next week if it was more convenient. I had him go ahead and do it while he was here. We have used another company for the past 5 years with yearly maintenance. Today during the maintenance he found part that had never been cleaned or even looked at because it had been encased by the company that installed it. He removed moved a piece cleaned the pump which was full and starting to store moisture on the floor. If we had called a different company I don't know if they would have been as thorough as Anthony was today. If you need a great AC company that actually cares about it's customers first, this is the one. The prices were definitely fair, no attempt to up sale or offer unnecessary services. We are customers for life.

"No," he told me. He said he'd bring the equipment back in and clean under it an put it up on foam blocks. I also asked him to do the same with 2 pieces of light furniture in the other room he cleaned. I just went into both rooms and the carpet in front of these 3 pieces is damp but completely dry underneath all 3. This means that all he did was put them up on these foam blocks. I hired two separate companies to take a look before I made a 10k decision..and both said nothing was wrong with my system after day cool said I need a total replacement. I also bought a air scrubbing unit from them with a 5 year warranty, less than 2 years later it doesn't work, they will not come look at it unless I pay a 60$ service fee for a product under warranty, when I spoke to then they gave me some Builsh*t excuse that it has a 5 year warranty on part then a 2 year on other parts...just stay away from this company unless you enjoy being ripped off.
