He was brilliant in testing all components to determine the culprit, instead of simply replacing the typical offending part one at a time until the unit was repaired. In addition, he did not charge until I actually needed a repair, not the simple call service fee. Do not go any further than superior, and especially use them if you have a problem that may be complex. There is no smarter, more honest, or reliable tech out there.

He spouted off about things he was unhappy with, including our add on serving. We'd just moved in and only had 1 room to clean so we didn't expect any issues; however the guy cleaned it for less that 10 minutes just quickly putting lines in the carpet, no deodorizer and no cleaning agent from what I could tell. We called back and Matthew was very kind and agreed to send someone out again the next day. The same disgruntled employee showed up and was asked to take more time, and to use product. He sure sprayed the heck out of the air in the room but did little to clean once again. Third try, a new tech who did a little better. We let it sit a few more days hoping the enzymes would help eat away any hidden issues and the smell would improve. Nope! Today I just spent 20 minutes slowly vacuuming this 5 year old carpet. Did I explain that this is a new air conditioner that Hembree installed one year ago. Over 10000.00 dollars in repair bills.Mr Hembree sat in our den explaining many reasons why we should not buy from his competitors. We thought that he was a honest businessman. I also bought a air scrubbing unit from them with a 5 year warranty, less than 2 years later it doesn't work, they will not come look at it unless I pay a 60$ service fee for a product under warranty, when I spoke to then they gave me some Builsh*t excuse that it has a 5 year warranty on part then a 2 year on other parts...just stay away from this company unless you enjoy being ripped off.
