They told me they were sending out a top technician. They charged me $682 dollars to clean the…read morecoil and NOT fix the problem. The office suggested I get a whole new unit for about 10K. I hired a different company and they fixed the problem for $550. They advertise and led me to believe they would fix the unit. They only wanted to charge me money and didn't care to fix it. I know this because I called and sent many emails about this issue and NEVER got a proper response. The RESPONSE I got was pay $682 dollars or we will SUE YOU!!!
