Anthony was here a little after 8am. He was extremely professional, thorough and informative. He explained everything he was doing and even took the time to answer my general "how it works" questions. He identified the problem and had it fixed right away. After the unit was fixed I ask if I should go ahead and have the maintenance while he was there. He checked availability and offered to do it then or come back next week if it was more convenient. I had him go ahead and do it while he was here. We have used another company for the past 5 years with yearly maintenance. Today during the maintenance he found part that had never been cleaned or even looked at because it had been encased by the company that installed it. He removed moved a piece cleaned the pump which was full and starting to store moisture on the floor. If we had called a different company I don't know if they would have been as thorough as Anthony was today. If you need a great AC company that actually cares about it's customers first, this is the one. The prices were definitely fair, no attempt to up sale or offer unnecessary services. We are customers for life.

He was so professional- showed up in uniform and cleaned the vent (from house to outside), the dryer itself, and also swapped out the vent hose (from back of dryer to wall vent). Because we had used their services in the past, we knew we were in good hands. It only took a quick phone call to schedule an estimate, and JD was out within a day. He was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough during the assessment. He explained that our previous water heater, which appeared to have been installed by a homeowner about 17 years ago, was missing several important safety features and updates. JD returned for the installation and called before arriving--he even arrived early! He worked efficiently and made sure the new installation would meet current safety standards and pass inspection requirements for our homeowners insurance. Before leaving, JD took the time to walk my husband and me through all the new features. We were impressed to learn about the water alarm that alerts us to leaks in the drain pan, the easy-to-use water shutoff handle, and other safety improvements. He even tested the hot water temperature inside the house to make sure everything was working properly before he left. The entire experience was professional, informative, and stress-free. Anytime Plumber will always have our business, and we highly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing services!

Working with Jeff was a pleasure and we look forward to using his services in the future.
