WOW! You won't believe that you are still in Florence when you experience Odette. Fabulous cocktail menu with creative offerings. Everything we tried was delicious. Favorites included the Kale Cesar Salad, Butternut Squash Bisque with candied bacon and croutons (and no dairy!), Harissa Shrimp and Braised Short Rib Gnocchi. Odette is the best restaurant in Alabama. The bar is amazing. If you're a bourbon drinker, not only does Odette have the largest selection around, the bartenders are knowledgeable and know all the histories of every bottle. Josh Quick's cuisine is seasonal, local and delicious. read more
