We stopped by for lunch. Seated ourselves but we were greeted promptly by Courtney. She did an amazing job taking care of us and making recommendations. We opted for 1/2 Muscle Shoals Sound and 1/2 Sweet Margueritte. Pizza and drinks came out promptly with a complimentary side of ranch. Pizza was thin and crisp, no flop. The MSS had a "hot sauce" smell but it only enhanced the flavor of the pepperoni and sauce. The SM was a little in the dry side, only being an olive oil base. Pizza was large enough that we each had a slice for leftovers. Atmosphere was more of a bar vibe but at 1 PM is was quiet and quant. Overall good experience. Courtney made it even better! read more

we were in town for graduation and went here in a friday night. we had a party of 6 and were seated quickly. the host was friendly and our server was helpful and professional. she didn't really check in on us that often so there were times where we had empty glasses. we ordered the muscle shoals pizza, cheesy bread, wings, and bread with pesto dip. the cheesy bread was probably the best part of the entire meal. the dough was all you want in a good pizza base and a delicious cheesy and garlic top. the pizza itself was good but not great (16inch). i think they just stretched out the dough and it became like a thin pizza and the dough texture was more crispy which is good, but i also want that thick doughy crust. the toppings were good but there were some inconsistency with the melting of the cheese. some were more caramelized than other parts. the wings were pretty good but it was just grilled wings drenched in sauce. nothing really special but still tasty. i wish they just had a crunch. the biggest let down of the meal was the pesto dip appetizer. it was just what seemed like bread and pesto from the store and they put that on a plate. it just wasn't good and we didn't really touch it after a few bites. overall, our meal was just okay. i didn't enjoy it as much as the others at the table but id come again to try other items on their menu. read more

Best pizza I've had in a long time!! We enjoyed this restaurant from the moment we walked in. We were warmly welcomed at the front by a cool and friendly guy but never got his name. He invited us to seat ourselves anywhere and I mentioned as we chatted with him that it was my boyfriend's birthday to which he promptly assured us a huge piece of cheesecake was on him for dessert. Cheesecake...uhm...YES, PLEASE?! Our server, Hannah, was the next welcoming and happy face that greeted us. I honestly can not tell you how amazing she was. We had to try their cheese bread and it did not disappoint. The ranch though...do NOT miss a side of ranch. Yummy! We were feeling classic tonight so opted for the Pepperoni Classico (with pineapple added to my half- DELISH)! Not only was the pie perfectly sauced, the pepperoni were thin and the cheese was great. The crust was also definitely on point! Hot and crisp with the perfect chew, just an all around phenomenal pizza. The atmosphere of the restaurant is also really laid back and chill with good music playing. Craft beers on draft if you're into that but I was looking forward to the caramel cheesecake that our guy brought out to show the birthday boy. That cheesecake was life! Delicious food and even better customer service! We were met with such sweet staff and they took exceptional care of us. I got the spinach, mushroom, and cheese calzone and it was delicious! Such a great place in the heart of downtown Florence. My wife and I sat at the bar (we're both from out of town and always talking with the bartenders). Visiting my brother, my sister-in-law, and of course nephews we decided to pop in here for some pizza. It was amazing! I wish I had a never ending stomach so I could have finished it all LOL. We've tried to love this local business, but it's just not worth the price you pay. We paid almost $30 for this one pizza (with tax and tip) and it barely had any toppings. This was the sweet heat with supposedly candied bacon (which is arguably the best part) and half the pizza had almost no bacon. The crust still had perforation holes and hadn't risen properly. We spent $60 for two pizzas and it was just so disappointing for the cost. Crust and toppings both need work. read more

This is for Pie Factory in Lawrenceburg TN. I don't s have it on yelp so will start here. I'm 5 stars on the food and service. So this is not about that. The issue is for me the entertainment. I was told the "owner" doesn't want MMA or Chive TV. Look. On a Saturday night, UCF is the biggest draw for many places. You have lots of other sports channels but not UCF. So if no UCF then do chive TV. At least that would be something funny to laugh at. Saturday are slow here in Lawrenceburg so look at something different as you evidently don't know ow your market. read more

I had to ask for a menu, I had to ask to place an order and then her little rude self had the nerve to drop my pizza on the bar without saying a word. When she returned to the register, I had to ask her if that was our order. She was a rude little something, she tried to save face before we left but I wasn't satisfied with her fake act. The ONLY reason I didn't leave or complain at the time was because nothing else was open so that was our last opportunity to eat that night. In Florence, AL for a weekend trip. A friend in Florence recommended The Pie Factory so hubby and I decided it out. I had the sweet margueritte pizza, and it was very good...fresh tomatoes, basil, and lots of good and gooey cheese. Hubby had a calzone, and he said it was super good, too. Well we certainly were not expecting Florence to be such a great food town. The pizzas we had and the selection of beverages were exactly what we needed after having had some heavy meals the night before and for lunch on Saturday. Couple it together with the cool ambiance of a repurposed building in the downtown area, and with the great service you have a cool little pizza place that serves great food. Well, it's called the Pie Factory for a reason. If you want a good pizza pie, definitely check this gem out! The crust is on the medium to thin side, but the toppings is where the flavor is. We ordered the Babe Meat Pizza, and it was by far the best meat pizza I have ever tasted. The pepperoni, capicola, prosciutto, chorizo, sausage, and cheeses melted together to make this ridiculously amazing tasting pizza. These pizzas come in 18" and for two people, it is more than enough, but make sure you take some for leftovers, because you will be caving it before the night is over. Food is definitely a 5/5 The restaurant itself is super laid back, they have a full bar and local beers on tap as well. What could be better than pizza and beer ?! The interior is super clean and has an amazing atmosphere! 5/5 Service- probably one of the best waitresses I have ever had at a pizza place. She kept our drinks filled and wasn't overbearing at all especially since we drank for a while and then ordered pizzas. She was super courteous and there was no rushed feeling. I arrived shortly after 5:00 pm. I'm by myself so I sat at the bar. It was a little busy and I got a little perturbed because I felt ignored over what seemed like some locals. That went away and my bartender Macy recommended a couple calzones and I went with the Philly. It was really good and I think this place has the best homemade ranch dressing I've ever had in my life. Visited this place before attending a UNA volleyball game. The area is really nice, with shops and local restaurants. The pizza was really good, and they have some unique topping combinations, but it seems the pizzas come in only one size, which can complicate things when everyone wants a different pizza.
