10/10 experience! I'm so grateful to be part of the Yelp Elite Squad because it gave me the chance to discover this spot. I ended up getting the mango drink, and my plus one ordered the Oreo drink with oat milk, lightly sweetened. Both drinks were beautifully presented and tasted great. The service was wonderful, and the overall experience felt very welcoming. I also didn't realize they serve Thai food here the aroma coming from the kitchen smelled amazing and definitely caught my attention.This place could easily get overlooked because of its location, but I'm really glad I stopped by and gave it a try. I'll definitely be returning, and next time I'm trying the boba. I think I may have found my new favorite drink spot!
Never have been a fan of BOBA. But I've ALWAYS loved milk tea, Thai tea and other combinations. What makes this place so good is you can customize your tea experience so well! We ordered in advance from our phones and all the check boxes are easy to mix and match what you are looking for. I ventured into the not too sweet choice and truly (!) I am glad I did! Also had oatmilk for a switch up. Delish!!! And the totally cute reusable bottle shaped like a bear! We've also discovered Thai Lotus restaurant. We will come try it out as we were between lunch and dinner hours when we arrived. Oodcha is nestled in at the cash register of the restaurant. They seem to be adding on a bit of space which I believe would do well with a boba tea window and seating just for the drink part of the biz. Since you order solely on the kiosk, all that's needed of a window is to hand the drinks through. IMHO, I hope that's what is happening, as there ARE some dining tables right there at the cashier station, if people were eating it would feel like we were hovering while waiting for our drinks. So, the website has all these cute bottles but the menus inside are all in standard plastic cups (still reusable) and less expensive than the shaped bottles. We will cherish our bears for a long time.
Finally got to try out Oddcha and was impressed by the quality of my drink. I ordered the Matcha Gold and the deep, ceremonial grade matcha flavor was apparent even as a frozen/blended option. The "gold" part of the drink is due to the piece of honeycomb candy stuck in at the top, but it didn't really add to the overall flavor until about halfway through when it must have had time to dissolve a bit and was actually really tasty! Service was good, I was promptly greeted at the counter and my order was taken right away. I was asked if I wanted to add anything to the drink, like boba or jelly, and also what my sweetness preference was which I really appreciate. There is a self order kiosk when you first walk in which is nice so you don't have to wait to order if they're busy at the counter with the restaurant customers. Excited to come back for boba next!
Tried Boba for the first time and must say it was pretty good. Something different for sure. I did not get the popping Boba but more of a gummy ball type Boba? Opted for the black tea. This place is connected to a really good Thai resturaunt (Thai Lotus) assuming g they are the same owner? Very nice staff and helpful to me for being a first timer on Boba. Very well kept Boba station. I guess if you are a Boba fan, this would be one to try!
I went here and got the winter melon drink with boba and it was amazing! It tasted like a sweet milky tea with some melon flavor, just all around super tasty. One of my new favorite flavors for sure! The ladies were very kind and fast! I got my drink in the boba bear which was so stinking cute and came with a reusable straw. The also decorated the bear. I will be coming back!
Great communication for online orders and check in to make sure that I got the drink that I ordered when the restaurant was busy. Great deep flavor and the reusable bear cup was too cute. Added on an extra drink when I was there and they were quick, friendly, and helpful for someone that wanted to experiment. Highly recommend.
Beautiful restaurant with a specialty drink area that is quite unique in the Boba tea universe. But I don't like Boba tea. So I had excellent mango smoothie!! Excellent! Nice it's bits of mango perfect! Friendly service and without this crazy bear reusable bottle only $7.25!!!! Actually better than smoothies in Costa Rica!
Came in on a hot summer day after outing, looking something too cool down, decided to swing by oddcha, The drink is good, not too sweet, matcha is well balanced with coconut water. Service was quick, the staff member personally walk up to me and hand me my drink. The line is long. Most of us is sitting down, waiting for our orders
My bestie and I both got a matcha latte, and it was so so so good!! We both finished our drinks on the 10 min car ride home they were so tasty! The girls at the front were also very nice and the process for a to go order was very simple and easy! We'll definitely be coming back many times!
I was on my way home from PT and thought I'd stop and get a crème brûlée boba with ice! It comes in one size only $8. What a wonderful treat ...pure heaven! The staff are super helpful, quick and they have the kindness hearts. You will find their location in the Thai Lotus Restaurant. If you never experienced a Boba drink, this is the place for you without a doubt. Enjoy!!!
Popped into Oddcha for my matcha fix, and honestly, the online ordering is such a lifesaver for busy days. Being able to order ahead on the website and just grab-and-go is a game-changer. For this visit, I treated myself to the premium hand-whisked matcha with oat milk and popping barley. As someone who prefers a more subtle sweetness flavor profile, I LOVE that they let you customize the sweetness level. I opted for "less sweet." It was perfection, and the matcha was strong. It was a perfect balance. Rich, earthy matcha goodness without the sugar crash! It was delicious, refreshing, and cemented my status as a repeat customer. read more

My favorite place to get a boba I came here with my daughter and I ordered a matcha boba with ube. Just delicious ! It was loaded with ube at the bottom and so many bobas in my drink! Loved the option to add oatmilk as an alternative to milk. So many variations to choose from! Service was fast and friendly! It's located in the Taste of Thai. Love that you can get a boba and lunch in the same location. What a wonderful treat!!! read more
Quality/Quantity - We are already regular customers. See my 5 star review under Thai Lotus and all of my pictures. But I just noticed that even though we are regular customers for years, I have never written a review under your Oddcha brand! Today we got the following: Mango Supreme - 100% as suggested. Very good, but next time I will ask for less sugar as it is my personal preference. Strawberry Milk Bar - My wife's order with less sugar. She enjoyed her drink, but forgot to add boba to her order... Just means we will be back for even more!! My daughter is a regular customer; she probably comes TOO often. I see from my past photos that she enjoys your Milk Tea Boba and Mango Brulee. Ambiance - Decent size location. Cool decor. Oddcha part of the business is to-go. Well, I have never seen people just come in and sit to just drink boba. Plenty of mall parking. The restaurant has indoor/outdoor seating. The outdoor seating is being built and I did not take any pictures as the contractor would have been in them. Free wifi but I did not use it. The restaurant has a Gluten Free menu available upon request. Open 6 days a week from 11am to 8:30pm. Closed Sundays. Service - Great system, congrats! Easy online ordering. A text message when the order is done and it was on time! Slight confusion when we arrived to pick up. As the scarf of the bear covered our name and order #, lol. So the poor guys had to check every single order for our order. Can I suggest lowering the slip on the bottle...? But the guys were friendly and inviting. Also hard workers as this was a busy time of day. Oh - You NEED a tip jar; I just handed them a cash tip. Price - $13 each + generous tip. Expensive, but that is the cost for quality or really for the cute bear bottle, lol. My wife wants to save it and bring it with our travels (I hope NOT). Soo good and such a cute cup! I like that these come without ice and with a lid so you can take it home and put it on ice. Make sure you let them know you're there for oddcha when you walk in as it does share space with a Thai restaurant. I will definitely be going back! read more

Went to ODDCHA today and tried the winter melon and mango supreme, both were delicious and packed with rich flavor. This was my second time ordering from them, and I'll definitely be back for more. Definitely one of the best boba spots I've found in Reno. read more

This place doesn't get nearly enough attention for the quality of their drinks. Located inside Thai Lotus, the drink counter is the first thing you see when you walk into the restaurant. They offer a variety of drinks, but their most popular options are matcha-based. After placing my order, my drink was ready in about 10 minutes. They were a grab-and-go type of shop, but they offer a couple of tables outside for seating. I'll admit, I had pretty high expectations because of the prices--but they didn't disappoint. Their drinks were only available in a large size. They even gave me a free bottled matcha latte with my order, which was a nice surprise. My only complaint was the boba. It wasn't soft or chewy and tasted like it had been sitting out for a while, so I'd recommend skipping the toppings. I'll definitely be back to try the other drinks! read more

Very different and interesting! They have both a kiosk inside to order boba, but also if you keep walking up to the left is a full service n boba counter, separate from the restaurant line. We did the kiosk because we didn't see that counter initially, so next time we'll do that! The mango tango was yummy with traditional tapioca boba at the bottom, and an interesting surprise of warm, yes warm. Black sticky rice suspended in coconut milk! My cup seems to be reusable so that's nice. My daughter got the matcha with extra boba and a "honeycomb" dessert topping of a sort of Thai caramel dessert in squares. About $19 for two drinks, and tasted like dessert. read more

Absolutely obsessed with oddcha. I went for the first time for a yelp event and now I can't stop. I have a creme brulee boba tea addiction. It is the most delicious drink I've ever had. seriously!!!!! I can't get over how delicious it is. you can order online which is super convenient and allows for a faster drop and go. It's also inside thai lotus so get some curry while you are at it. I'm interested in trying some of their other flavors of milk tea but I literally cannot stop ordering the creme brulee. I am so glad that I came back and tried it again! The first time I came, I tried to drink that was not my favorite, but that was my fault for choosing too quickly. I came back and ordered a Thai milk tea. It is so good! It has that great Thai tea flavor with the crème brûlée sauce added. The reusable cup is a great sustainable option. I will definitely be coming back again! I came in early afternoon, and it was not busy. The staff was very friendly and greeted me as I came in. 8/1/2024- Running errands today. My perfect stop to try the new boba shop.. I didn't realize it was in the same restaurant (Thai Lotus).. I love the milk teas- not so much the boba- but really wanted to try the Crème Brûlée.. Price within reason for a boba shop. Lots of varieties to choose from. Cute cups too!.. It took a bit, but well worth the wait.. I could honestly smell the burnt caramelization you would find on an actual brûlée.. First tip: sip thru without a straw to get the creme brûlée flavor.. then drop your straw down for all the creamy goodness.. I can't wait until My youngest comes up to show him this amazing boba shop! I would wait to go to Sacramento for boba.. but now I won't have to! read more

Stopped by after picking up my son from school. Place was fairly empty except for about 3 students who had ordered before us and got their drinks shortly after we walked in, and some others that came in after us. I ordered the Thai Twister and my son ordered the Unicorn Cotton Candy. We waited around 15 minutes for our drinks, felt like a long wait despite not a lot of people being around. The unicorn drink was overly sweet in my opinion, but I'm not big into cotton candy flavored things. It also had a cheesecake type of flavor to it. The Thai twister was really delicious. Initially, all I tasted was the Thai tea, but after mixing it, I tasted the other flavors. I overhead a conversation between some customers wanting to order up at the counter and an employee that might be helpful to those who use the reward points system. The customers paid cash and wanted to have their points added to their rewards account. Apparently, this can't be done if you pay cash. You have to order through the tablet screen by the door and pay with card to get your rewards account points. Overall, I enjoyed the Thai twister and would come back. Hopefully next time the wait isn't so long. read more

I'M BAAACKKK. We stopped in for Thai Lotus and how could I say no to delicious boba? I couldn't - that's what. Tonight I got the brown sugar milk tea with boba (sorry Strawberry Milk Bar). DELICIOUS! I got the less sweet option (and asked for even less sweetness) and it is perfect. Has a crème brûlée type of flavor - caramel and slightly vanilla-y. The boba is chewy and slightly warm (my favorite). I absolutely love this boba place and will always continue to go back. read more

Great quality! Really love this place. I think it's the best in reno. They have unique milk teas and are outside the normal. They take the originals and make them better. It's so hard to describe. Each app gives me pure happiness. The taro is my favorite. It's bad the right hate and isn't too sweet!!! I haven't tried the matcha yet, but it looks really good. 8 have gone twice and actually have cravings to go there. If u lived closer, I would probably go more often! Staff is friendly, service is great, taste is perfection, and quantity is good. read more
