And the full internal framing replacement of 3 windows, insulation and drywall. Project crew was great, and professional. Being here was several weeks, I worked from hime to let them have access to the backyard and inside the house for their needed repairs. They all worked without issue and concern, and provided necessary updates when available. Communication with the city for permits was at issue at first, and an initial inspection was missed. As myself and the team weren't aware it was taking place at that specific time. 2nd inspection, the inspector was several hrs late and made the contractors wait all day, and no work could get done that day. Inspections after were good. Only issues I noted were a number of nails left out in my yard, all in the same area vicinity. Where my dog also goes out to walk, so that was a little concern. But there was nothing else that occured, and clean up for was good before and after. Total work - $18k+

Will came out for a quote, he called ahead letting us know he's going to be a few minutes late (we really appreciated that he valued our time) gave us a very reasonable price, sent over a contract and scheduled the start three weeks out . Will is a stand up guy, he is nice, polite, easy to work with, answers your calls promptly, is on time, and keeps his word! the only thing that could of made our experience better is if Will educated us more about the different designs of decks and told us all our options -- it would be nice to have known about why picture framing is important to hide the cut ends of the deck and that fascia isn't included and is extra. Many nails didn't quite make it to their "best" location... meaning, they were "shot" incorrectly & are sticking out at odd angles. Overall, they got me further than I was before they did the work I felt the price was fair and after seeing their work, decided to have them paint the shed (I was planning on doing it, but, heat & age, I knew it would take me much longer to get done.) Our Hardie Board…read moresiding contractor referred Eugene to us when we needed major deck work, which involved our existing waterproof membrane on a large section of our upper deck over a downstairs room, as well as repairing our deck boards and railing. Eugene was patient and thoughtful as we discussed various options to maintain and protect the waterproof membrane and strengthen the structural integrity of our expansive decks on a hillside. He was mindful of our budget and, as a general contractor, identified and repaired another area in our crawlspace. He came up with creative solutions, and he has a great sense of design and style. We ended up replacing our upper deck with Trex composite boards. On the lower deck, his crew replaced most of the redwood boards and repainted the deck, even the wooden joists of the upper deck, for both wood preservation and aesthetic purposes. His crew paid attention to details. He also did the stone facing on our portico. Eugene went above and beyond. He's honest, experienced, and pleasant to work with. We highly recommend working with Eugene Beily.
